Break Through the Silence is the second extended play (EP) from Dutch musician Martin Garrix. The work was released on 27 July 2015 via Spinnin' Records.
On 6 July 2015, "Dragon", the first single from Martin Garrix and Matisse & Sadko was released. Performed at several music festivals such as Ultra Music Festival. The video portrays a young female who has been cheated on. After circling a skating rink, the woman skates away from the rink taking alcohol from a liquor store. She then shows off her dance moves to a group of men before stealing their scooter and disappearing into the night. At the end of the video, "To be continued" is posted before fading to black.
Mattise & Sadko wrote "Break Through the Silence" in 2012. In 2015 Martin did an edit of this song. Then it was released as their collaboration with the vocals from Pete Wilde.
Jackie Frere of Billboard.com states that "What the song lacks in lyrics it makes up in synths and epic bass drops". Scott Lombardo from EDMTunes says “'Break Through The Silence' leans heavily on the epic vocals which start off the preview, but the progressive synths and subtle piano work kick."

A Day to Remember (often abbreviated ADTR) is an American rock band from Ocala, Florida, founded in 2003 by guitarist Tom Denney and drummer Bobby Scruggs. They are known for their unusual amalgamation of metalcore and pop punk. The band currently consists of vocalist Jeremy McKinnon, rhythm guitarist Neil Westfall, bassist Joshua Woodard, percussion and drummer Alex Shelnutt and lead guitarist Kevin Skaff.
Signing with Indianola Records for their first album, And Their Name Was Treason (2005), Scruggs was replaced by Shelnutt in 2006. Later that year the band recorded For Those Who Have Heart (2007) for Victory Records. They embarked on several tours of the UK and U.S. and played at several festivals, before recording and releasing Homesick (2009). While promoting Homesick on tour, Denney was replaced by Skaff. Soon after releasing their next album, What Separates Me from You (2010), the band went on a worldwide tour to promote it. Beginning in 2011, the band has been involved in a lawsuit with Victory Records over their recording contract. In October 2013 the band was given the right to self-release a new album until a final verdict is reached. They released their fifth album, Common Courtesy, the same month.
Day To Remember is a British Christmas television play first transmitted 9.45pm Sunday 21 December 1986 on Channel 4 from Television South Production in association with the Theatre of Comedy Entertainment. Written by Jack Rosenthal it stars George Cole and Rosemary Leach. Again the strength of Rosenthal's comedy play lies with his closeness to the tragedy as it was based on his own experiences with his father-in-law. The pain and terror of dementia portrayed is contained and balanced by the comic presentation that beset the old. When Jack Rosenthal finally wrote his memoirs An Autobiography in Six Acts, he did so in the form of a screenplay including a section from Day To Remember, it was published by Robson books in 2006.
The play is set around the festive period, a season of peace and goodwill, a time for miracles. Wally (George Cole) had suffered a stroke some years back. One of the side effects is that he can't remember things, even things he said five minutes ago, or whether he's had a meal or not. Wally and his wife Hilda (Rosemary Leach) are spending Christmas with their daughter Judy and son-in-law Graham, but the peace and goodwill of the season doesn't last. An idea from Graham (a miracle) hopes to give them all a Christmas they won't forget. Throughout the play Wally repeats a rhyme out loud about his love of eating eggs, with words slightly changed each time he says it.

Sometimes the past comes back to haunt me
Sometimes the future seems unknown
But today has enough worries of its own
Sometimes I'm deep in the valley
Sometimes I'm high on the mountaintop
But today none of that matters
Sometimes it's hard to believe that I've got You and You're all I need
My days are better, my days are better with You
Everyday I wanna see, more of You and less of me
My days are better, my days are better with You
Sometimes I feel just like a hero
Sometimes I feel like I have let you down
But today, I wish those days would disappear
I know You've been through the valley
I know You've been on the mountaintop
But today, Lord, You know I need You here
Oh Lord, I can't help but wonder
Why you never gave up on me
I am nothing more than a desperate man in need
