Beth Hart

I’m sure Beth Hart needs no introduction to any real music fans and especially fans of the blues. Beth was featured on the old blog a few years back. [Ignore the warning].

Beth Hart has her new album, Fire On The Floor, dropping today in Europe and February 3, 2017 in North America. I still don’t understand why the record companies do that, don’t they realize digital downloads are not limited by oceans!!!!

Anyhow, forget that little peeve of mine and let’s get to the music. Here we have some tracks from the album and a little bonus.

Wow! Wow! This is awesome, this is blues as they should be sung.
Such a powerful woman, and she surely can sang.
This is a lady who was born to sing the blues. And this is a song that is pure blues. Love it.

Here’s a heaping helping of soulful blues, you can feel her pain.
This is the title song from the new album by Beth Hart, which dropped today.
Do you have your copy? If not why not? You are not gonna find a better blues album this side of sunset, or the other side.

A bonus for you all, here’s Beth with Jeff Beck @ The Kennedy Center Honors gala, held in the White House’s East Room, in a tribute for Buddy Guy. “I’d Rather Go Blind”, is a 1968 blues and soul classic written by Ellington Jordan and first recorded by Etta James.
