    AIIMS was established to serve the poorest of poor and under privileged. Under Govt, it looks like it is turned into serving only the affulent and rich.

    Important point made by in interview. Should an entire district become a unit for a red zone If there are a handful of cases reported from one area. Why not focus on that limited area instead of the entire district?
