Dear Friends, the Second Vinyl-Hifi shop we hunt down: the famous AUDIO UNION of Japan!!! The biggest Hifi company in Japan with a couple of stores, but of course, I chose the most comprehensive one for you guys: the Ochanomizu store, that have scores of used turntables, new turntables, cartridges, accessories accessories accessories.
Amongst the highlights are a few important products IN THE FLESH:
- the New TechDas AirForce 3 turntable,
- Luxman PD-171A turntable :-D
You will also feast your eyes upon scores and scores of champagne coloured ACCUPHASE kit, ageless LUXMANs :-), locally accomplished kit from DENON, YAMAHA, MARANTZ, ESOTERIC.

Thousands of workers and youth from Japan and around the world participated in an international rally against privatization,union busting and imperialist war in Asia.
Protesters also supported San Quintin Mexico farmworkers and protested Driscolls slave labor on the border of California. The rally was held on 11/5/17, that same day that Trump was visiting Abe and supporting Abe's drive for war and militarization. Rightwing Japanese racist nationalists and Abe supporters were on the street for Trump and his nationalist American First. Tump is pushing Japan to militarize and get rid of Article 9 in the Japanese constitution that forbids offensive war. Trump and Abe are both for further militarization and for a war to surround China as well as attacking North Korea.
Workers from Korea Seoul KCTU, CWA and ILWU attended and spoke at solidarity meetings held in Japan to unite workers on both sides of the Pacific. Also a delegate of Berlin, Germany transit workers participated and spoke about the need to build a democratic bottom up trade union movement with the rank and file in control to fight privatization and union busting.
Doro-Chiba, the militant Japanese railway union and unions throughout Japan participated and marched through the streets to Tokyo.

Tokyo (東京, Tōkyō, "Eastern Capital") (Japanese: [toːkjoː], English /ˈtoʊki.oʊ/), officially Tokyo Metropolis (東京都, Tōkyō-to), is one of the 47 prefectures of Japan, and is both the capital and largest city of Japan. Formerly known as Edo, it has been the de facto seat of government since 1603 when Shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu made the city his headquarters. It officially became the capital after Emperor Meiji moved his seat to the city from the old capital of Kyoto in 1868; at that time Edo was renamed Tokyo. Tokyo Metropolis was formed in 1943 from the merger of the former Tokyo Prefecture (東京府, Tōkyō-fu) and the city of Tokyo (東京市, Tōkyō-shi).

Thousands of workers and youth from Japan and around the world participated in an international rally against privatization,union busting and imperialist war in Asia.
Protesters also supported San Quintin Mexico farmworkers and protested Driscolls slave labor on the border of California. The rally was held on 11/5/17, that same day that Trump was visiting Abe and supporting Abe's drive for war and militarization. Rightwing Japanese racist nationalists and Abe supporters were on the street for Trump and his nationalist American First. Tump is pushing Japan to militarize and get rid of Article 9 in the Japanese constitution that forbids offensive war. Trump and Abe are both for further militarization and for a war to surround China as well as attacking North Korea.
Workers from Korea Seoul KCTU, CWA and ILWU attended and spoke at solidarity meetings held in Japan to unite workers on both sides of the Pacific. Also a delegate of Berlin, Germany transit workers participated and spoke about the need to build a democratic bottom up trade union movement with the rank and file in control to fight privatization and union busting.
Doro-Chiba, the militant Japanese railway union and unions throughout Japan participated and marched through the streets to Tokyo.

1. Ameya-Yokochō (アメヤ横丁) - A giant open air market that offers clothes, cosmetics, food, and restaurants and bars.
2. Meiji Shrine (明治神宮) - This Shinto shrine, surrounded by beautiful forest, is extremely significant.
3. Ryogoku Kokugikan (両国国技館) - Even if it's not fight season, you can go to the free sumo museum and eat sumo chankonabe.
4. Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden (新宿御苑) - The garden is a beautiful attraction in Tokyo, with French gardens, Japanese gardens, and a green house.
5. Ginza (銀座) / Yurakucho (有楽町) - Ginza is a great area of town for upscale shopping and dining, while Yurakucho is famous for Izakaya bars and restaurants under the railroad track.

25. Food - Finally, food is the reason I visited Japan, and I think eating is by all means one of the best things to do in Tokyo. Food is everywhere, and not only does it taste amazing, but the care that goes into Japanese cuisine is incredible.

20. Odaiba (お台場) - This area of Tokyo is full of things to do like Legoland, and Palette Town, an indoor amusement park. It's also known as Tokyo's entertainment island.
21. Yoyogi Park (代々木公園) - Located next to Meiji Shrine, and just a short distance from Harajuku and Shinjuku, this park is popular for exercise and dance.
22. Nezu (根津), Yanaka (谷中 (台東区) - Tokyo is a truly modern city, but there are a couple places like Nezu and Yanaka that have held strong to their traditional and cultural roots.
23. Onsen (温泉) - You've got to strip down naked before you can enter a Japanese public bath.
24. Mount Takao (高尾山) - Just 50 km from central Tokyo, this mountain is popular for climbing and is a sacred religious mountains. Makes a good day trip from Tokyo.
25. Food - Finally, food is the reason I visited Japan, and I think eating is by all means one of the best things to do in Tokyo. Food is everywhere, and not only does it taste amazing, but the care that goes into Japanese cuisine is incredible.

This is a great video for people looking for recommendations on what to do in Tokyo. From great restaurants to museums, we tried to pack as much information as we could. This is the type of information I wish I had before my first trip to this huge city.
This was a long time coming. Ever since we started doing travel shows, I knew I wanted to cover Tokyo. We just never got the opportunity to and it always seemed like a gargantuan task. We were lucky enough to link up with Tokyo Metro to allow us to create this video. I hope you guys enjoy it and share it with your friends if you did!
