YankeeDisc 17th May 2013		For a long while I've thought that the first set of scans posted did not look correct (# 42512, # 42515). Now, upon checking with the others posted I notice the following differences. 1. The use of Warner Bros. logo as "WB ®" - all others use "WB Records" at 12 o'clock. 2. No country of manufacture listed - all others use Made in UK.... 3. The rim print is much closer in towards centre, than all the others shown. 4. No mention of "A Warner Communications Company", plus "W" logo, present on rim print at approx. 2 o'clock, but shown clearly on the other paper label copies. I therefore suggest that this might be a US pressed copy for export only, as it did get to #6 on UK charts, and could have been pressed in US to meet demand.



The Toad 16th May 2013		Scans of injection moulded labels added; made by Polydor, and presumably a contract pressing. Even if the paint had been applied more evenly they would still look dull when compared to the paper ones.

groovemaster.dj 21st Sep 2011		The UK label is the correct one with the large A and a typical un-dinked CBS pressing The label with tighter rim text is a benelux one and clearly stocks were shipped over when the UK one's had been exausted. As this is also a typical CBS pressing, nice curio, Brighton Pier would have been better!



BearyNYC 21st Sep 2011		Nevermind. Went through the UK WB labels. There is no rhyme or reason as to the label having the Warner Communications logo on it.



BearyNYC 21st Sep 2011		The initial labels shown on here are strange. I've never seen the "Burbank" WB label ever without the Warner Communications logo also on it.
