William A. "Billy" Quirk (March 29, 1873 – April 20, 1926) was an American silent film actor. He appeared in 182 films between 1909 and 1924. He was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, and died in Los Angeles, California.
Algie, the Miner is a 1912 film featuring Billy Quirk.
In this 10-minute film short, Algie Allmore a city boy with suspicious behaviors like giving cowboys kisses on their lips and dressing different is given only one year to prove that he's the man to marry Harry Lyons' daughter.
Alice Guy-Blaché (July 1, 1873 – March 24, 1968) was the first female pioneer in early French cinema. She is revered as the first female director and writer of narrative fiction films, and is seen as a great visionary who experimented with Gaumont's Chronophone sound syncing system, color tinting, interracial casting, and special effects.
In 1863 France, Alice's father, Emile Guy – an owner of a bookstore chain and publishing company in colonial Chile – married Alice's French mother, Marie Clotilde Franceline Aubert, shortly after they were introduced through mutual family friends. The couple returned to Santiago, Chile, soon after the wedding.
In early 1873 Marie and Emile lived in the French Colony of Santiago, Chile, along with Alice's other Chile-born siblings and her father. However, they traveled the seven weeks by boat to Saint–Mande – a city near Paris, France – for the birth of their fifth child, Alice Ida Antoinette Guy, on July 1, 1873. In her autobiography, Alice refers to this plan as her mother's last attempt to make sure "one of her children should be French". Her father returned to Chile soon after her birth and her mother was quick to follow. This left a young Alice entrusted to her elderly grandparents in Carouge, Switzerland until the age of three or four. She then left to join her parents in Chile, where she learned Spanish from the family's indigenous Chilean housekeeper, Conchita.
David Llewelyn Wark "D. W." Griffith (January 22, 1875 – July 23, 1948), the "Inventor of Hollywood", was an American film director who pioneered modern film-making techniques. He is mostly remembered for the groundbreaking 1915 film The Birth of a Nation, as well as its sequel Intolerance (1916). He is closely associated with his frequent leading lady, Lillian Gish.
Griffith began making short films in 1908, and released his first feature, Judith of Bethulia, in 1913. His film The Birth of a Nation made pioneering use of advanced camera and narrative techniques, and its immense popularity set the stage for the dominance of the feature-length film in the United States. Since its release, the film has been highly controversial for its negative depiction of African Americans and glorification of the Ku Klux Klan. Today it is both lionized for its radical technique and condemned for its racist philosophy. Filmed at a cost of $110,000, it returned millions of dollars in profits, making it, perhaps, the most profitable film of all time, although a full accounting has never been made. The film was subject to boycotts by the NAACP and, after screenings of the film had caused riots at several theaters, the film was censored in many cities, including New York City. Intolerance, his next important film, was, in part, an answer to his critics.
W. Griffith was the second head football coach for Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and he held that position for the 1896 season. His overall coaching record at Washburn was 6 wins, 1 losses, and 1 ties. This ranks him number 24th at Washburn in terms of total wins.

Super Bowl 51 Postgame Interview with Bill Belichick and Chris Berman From the game’s first-ever overtime to the 25-point comeback to the two two-point conversions, Super Bowl 51 will already go down in history for its incredible ending. And yet, Bill Belichick passed up on an opportunity to end the game in an even more remarkable — and spectacularly bizarre — way, as only the Patriots coach could. After New England’s defense halted the #Atlanta #Falcons’ attempted last-minute drive, Julian Edelman fair caught a short punt from Matt Bosher on the Patriots’ own 35-yard line. With just three seconds left in regulation, it set up an opportunity for one of most obscure plays in the #NFL rulebook: The fair catch free kick. Given the Patriots coach’s affinity for the most esoteric rules and...

You don't know, what you do to me (What you do to me)

Said you had, done me wrong
But we'll see (We'll see)
Yeah, what you do to me (What you do to me)
(In the meantime, in the meantime, they won't bother me. )
They don't bother you, well they don't bother me
Engine too loud in this brand new Ferrari V
So we couldn't hear the haters anyway, pardon me
Girls say I'm one of the biggest hearbreakers arguably
Cupid shoot arrows but this girl make my heart bleed
I swear to God if I die she could make my heart beat
Beat, please resuscitate a G
Give me mouth-to-mouth or even give me south-to mouth
Damn 'cause you don't know what she do to me
She could kill my soul only thing left is a eulogy
She so hot and ain't another brother cool as me
To get her cold as me I think I gotta buy her jewelry
What she do to me
Darling no, ha, what you do to me (what you do to me)
All I see, yeah, is new to me (Is new to me)
These strange colors, and all the others, no they can't see

The total opposite of Melrose
Is where the homies get the money through the steel doors
If you don't know me I suggest you ask your kinfolk
Tell them the man here

MO-P's here
You say its poppin' if its rockin' listen we there
(You don't know)
Come on be clear
(Whatever you do to me)
You could never ruin me
I'm good, I flooded the hood like A.C.
I'm modest - so you ain't really gotta praise me
I'm the artist, that's ghetto-ly known as O.G.
With the (Magnum)
With forever kid (Swagger) You could never get
