Loke Fong Koh, an engineer and product designer, came up with an idea to help solve a daily frustration – his headphones tangling during his two-hour train commute to work. Despite there being other cable organisers on the market, none of them suited Loke’s needs, and so the MACO (MAgnetic Cable Organiser) was born.– a small organiser whose magnetic clasps allow for quick release, with an additional feature to attach it directly to the cable so it doesn’t get misplaced.
MACO was introduced to the market in 2014 through Kickstarter and, after the success of his first campaign, Loke decided to pursue his dream full-time. Since then, MACO has seen its cable management system embraced and enjoyed by thousands of users around the world.
