Never Have I Ever

"Never Have I Ever", also known as "I've Never…" or "Ten Fingers", is a drinking game.

Rules

The verbal game is started with the players getting into a circle. Then, the first player says a simple statement starting with "Never have I ever". Anyone who has done what the first player has not must drink. Play then continues around the circle, and the next person makes a statement. An additional rule – uncommon, but beneficial to the game –is that if there is no one taking a drink, then the one who said the particular "I have never…" must take a drink. This rule often forces the players to strategize more and makes for less disposable/pointless suggestions.

A further variation holds that whenever only one person is drinking, that person must give a detailed account of why they are drinking. Another variation of this game involves putting up five or ten fingers, putting one down whenever something mentioned has been done. Those who end up putting down all of their fingers must take several successive drinks.

Si Schroeder

Si Schroeder (born Dublin, Ireland) is the alias of Irish music artist Simon Kenny. He has released one studio album, Coping Mechanisms, and the singles Clocked, Jump Ship, C4 and Brailowsky to date as Si (rhymes with "sigh") Schroeder.

The single Clocked was released on 1 June 2012 and is the second release from the forthcoming Si Schroeder LP Holding Patterns, following the release of the previous single Jump Ship on 22 July 2011.

Coping Mechanisms was nominated for the 2006 Choice Music Prize Irish album of the year and released on Irish independent record label Trust Me I'm A Thief. Influential Irish blogger Nialler9 named Coping Mechanisms his blog's No 1 Irish album of 2006, as did the influential Foggy Notions magazine.

Si Schroeder was one of four music acts selected to represent Ireland at the 2008 Eurosonic Festival held annually in Groningen.

Simon Kenny has also recorded and performed under the alias Schroedersound. Throughout most of the 1990s he was one half of Irish indie rock band Schroeder's Cat whose eponymous four-track EP was released in 1998 on the LA label Emperor Norton Records.

Everything That Happens Will Happen Today

Everything That Happens Will Happen Today is the second album made in collaboration between David Byrne and Brian Eno, released on August 18, 2008, by Todo Mundo. The album explores themes of humanity versus technology and optimism in spite of bleak circumstance through the blending of electronic and gospel music. Critical reception was largely positive and the album received awards for both the musical content as well as the packaging and technical production.

This album is the first joint effort between the two musicians since 1981's My Life in the Bush of Ghosts and Eno's work producing and co-writing with Talking Heads. Byrne and Eno worked on the tracks in their home studios throughout 2007 and early 2008 and sent digital copies of the recordings to one another over e-mail. The single "Strange Overtones" was released for free to promote the album and Byrne toured through 2008 and 2009, performing songs from this release as well as the duo's previous collaborations. This tour was later documented with the live extended play Everything That Happens Will Happen on This Tour – David Byrne on Tour: Songs of David Byrne and Brian Eno and the concert film Ride, Rise, Roar.
