FAQ

How do I submit a calendar listing?

The C-VILLE Weekly ARTS Calendar submission process allows arts community partners to enter events directly into the online calendar via computer log-in. Please contact us by e-mail at arts@c-ville.com to request account information if you are a venue or a promoter. In most cases, the venue is the account administrator and should be contacted for adding events.

DEADLINE INFO: To be included in print, events must be entered into the online calendar system by 5pm on Tuesday, one week prior to publication.  We publish every Wednesday.

We list events that are art-related or have entertainment value and are open to the public. We do not guarantee event listings in print and we typically don’t include faith-based, environmental, medical, food, animal, or instructional events that are outside the realm of art.

Gallery listings for First Friday events are due to arts@c-ville.com 10 days prior to the event.

Online listings are updated whenever possible.

Food & Drink news: Please send  food scene announcements to eatdrink@c-ville.com.
