This role reports to Hari V. Krishnan (CEO) and is tasked with working across all teams and markets at PropertyGuru Group to drive improved business performance and intelligence.

Responsibilities:

The Director, Business Strategy works directly with the CEO and Executive leadership team of PropertyGuru Group to help us improve our analysis of the businesses. This in turn will help us win identify new opportunities, improve our customer acquisition and satisfaction metrics, enter new market segments, or implement business systems/processes to help us scale.

You will help launch this high leverage function and we will measure success by how we get the business from X to 10X. If you’re driven, analytical, and want to help a market leader reinvent itself, give us a call.

Potential projects:

• Help assess new business models for PropertyGuru
• Grow and maintain a competitive assessment framework
• Track internal metrics and external data to develop SWOT view for company
• Participate in regular ‘Rhythm of the Business’ meetings and drive the discussion through your analysis
• Work with sales and marketing to improve go-to-market models
• Implement and manage the business systems and processes that support our growth

• 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical and operational role within a rapidly growing company
• Ideally, experience in a high growth technology company
• Successful working across cultures and geographies
• Process-oriented mindset and ability to execute
• Excel in analytics and problem solving
• Experience in South East Asia

Nice To Have:

• Experience with SQL or a willingness/aptitude to learn
• Product management aptitude
