It was a colourful week at Melbourne's Supreme Court last week, where Rebel Wilson insisted she was a relative of Walt Disney and her mother proclaimed the family as "bogans".
But one of the most remarkable stories came on Tuesday when the actor, 37, admitted asking Fairfax Media CEO Greg Hywood to remove an article with an "unflattering" photo of her that showed her "fang" teeth and her real age.

Rebel Wilson's defamation trial against the publisher of Woman's Day enters its second week, with revelations that she is currently planning to work on new movies following the articles.
The picture by Fairfax photographer Kate Geraghty showed a then 22-year-old Wilson with black, curly hair alongside fellow actors Alyssa McClelland and Bronwyn Purvis.
The picture accompanied a 2002 article by Lisa Pryor about Wilson's trip to New York to "hone her comic craft" after winning one of four $12,000 scholarships from the Australian Theatre for Young People.
After dining at the plush Icebergs Dining Room in 2015 during a promotional trip for movie streaming service Stan, part owned by Fairfax, the Pitch Perfect star emailed Hywood on February 8, to ask him for the favour.
"I was in a business relationship with him and he'd asked me to reach out if I ever needed anything," Wilson told the court.

The actor is suing Bauer Media over a series of articles she says damaged her Hollywood career.
Wilson's claim is against the publishers of Woman's Day, Australian Women's Weekly, NW and OK magazine over a series of eight articles she insists painted her as a liar and a fake.
