Bad app
We subscribe to the paper so we are not commenting on the content but the app is terrible. It takes forever to download and when it does it doesn't always have the current page. Today it was almost a week behind. Even when it shows the correct day it is slow and awkward to navigate. There are better sites to get local news
Requires separate login
I already have an SF Chronicle account and subscription. Can I use this account to login to the SF Chronicle app? Nope!
Instead, this app requires that I create a new account just to use the mobile app. This is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. It's also the reason I deleted this app from my phone.
Still Bad
Still terrible. Fails to load so I still have to delete and re-load app to get it loaded. Time to delete my subscription if the Chron doesn't have enough self respect to create a decent app that works!
