Alle planten, dieren, schimmels en bacteriën bestaan uit cellen. De cel bestaat onder meer uit een celmembraan, dat de inhoud omgeeft, en het cytoplasma waarin (behalve bij bacteriën) een celkern aanwezig is. Het cytoplasma bestaat zelf uit cytosol en hierin bevinden zich de celorganellen.

As requested I've made the breakdown of Mr. Cube and my take on how to achieve this style.

Method 1 0:48 : After Effects shape layers - done by keyframing paths and opacity on and off.
Method 2 7:43 : Photoshop Extended video timeline layer - import video into Photoshop and create path and draw on black video layer
Method 3 10:45 : Photoshop Extended video frames as layers - import video into Photoshop as separate layers and draw on new layer then export. I haven't used this yet but I think it will work.
Method 4 : Flash - convert video to flv and import into timeline. Draw your path or paint of a separate layer export image sequence. I don't go into explaining this because I'd probably just make a fool of myself with what I know about Flash.

Cel
A cel, short for celluloid, is a transparent sheet on which objects are drawn or painted for traditional, hand-drawn animation. Actual celluloid (consisting of cellulose nitrate and camphor) was used during the first half of the 20th century, but since it was flammable and dimensionally unstable it was largely replaced by cellulose acetate. With the advent of computer-assisted animation production, the use of cels has been all but abandoned in major productions. Disney studios stopped using cels in 1990 when Computer Animation Production System (CAPS) replaced this element in their animation process, and in the next decade and a half, the other major animation studios phased cels out as well.
Technique
Generally, the characters are drawn on cels and laid over a static background drawing. This reduces the number of times an image has to be redrawn and enables studios to split up the production process to different specialised teams. Using this assembly line way to animate has made it possible to produce films much more cost-effectively. The invention of the technique is generally attributed to Earl Hurd, who patented the process in 1914. The outline of the images are drawn on the front of the cel while colors are painted on the back to eliminate brushstrokes. Traditionally, the outlines were hand-inked but since the 1960s they are almost exclusively xerographed on. Another important breakthrough in cel animation was the development of the Animation Photo Transfer Process, first seen in The Black Cauldron, released in 1985.

Traditional animation
Traditional animation (or classical animation, cel animation or hand-drawn animation) is an animation technique where each frame is drawn by hand. The technique was the dominant form of animation in cinema until the advent of computer animation.
Process
Animation productions begin with the deciding on a story. The oral or literary source material must then be converted into an animation film script, from which the storyboard derives. The storyboard has an appearance somewhat similar to a comic book, and it shows the sequence of shots as consecutive sketches that also indicate transitions, camera angles and framing. The images allow the animation team to plan the flow of the plot and the composition of the imagery. The storyboard artists will have regular meetings with the director, and may have to redraw or "re-board" a sequence many times before it meets final approval.
Voice recording
Before true animation begins, a preliminary soundtrack or "scratch track" is recorded, so that the animation may be more precisely synchronized to the soundtrack. Given the slow, methodical manner in which traditional animation is produced, it is almost always easier to synchronize animation to a pre-existing soundtrack than it is to synchronize a soundtrack to pre-existing animation. A completed cartoon soundtrack will feature music, sound effects, and dialogue performed by voice actors. However, the scratch track used during animation typically contains only the voices, any vocal songs to which characters must sing along, and temporary musical score tracks; the final score and sound effects are added during post-production.

Adobe After Effects
Adobe After Effects is a digital visual effects, motion graphics, and compositing application developed by Adobe Systems and used in the post-production process of filmmaking and television production. Among other things, After Effects can be used for keying, tracking, rotoscoping, compositing and animation. It also functions as a very basic non-linear editor, audio editor and media transcoder.
Description
Adobe After Effects is software primarily used for creating motion graphics and visual effects. It allows users to animate, edit, and compose media in 2D or 3D space with many different built-in tools and third party plug-ins which can be downloaded from the Internet depending on what type of plug in the user is looking for. It also provides individual attention to variables like parallax and also user adjustable angles of observation.
Adobe After Effects is a layer-oriented program. Each individual media object like video clips, still images, audio clips, etc. runs on its own. In contrast, other Non-Linear Editing Systems use a system where individual media objects can occupy the same track as long as they do not overlap at the same time. This track-oriented system is more suitable for editing and can keep project files more simple. The layer oriented system that Adobe After Effects has is suitable for extensive video effects work and also key framing. Other compositing packages, especially the ones that employ tree or node workflows, such as Nuke and Fusion, are better suited to managing complex interconnected data flow within a composite. Adobe After Effects is capable of countering the problem somewhat by selectively hiding layers or by grouping them into pre-compositions.

Since presenting for MAXON at NAB 2014, I've received a bunch of requests asking me to go further in depth on how I used the Cel Shader in a client spot in my presentation. In this tutorial, I'll show you just that: how to create and apply a cool, stylistic, illustrative 2D look to 3D objects in Cinema 4D. We will achieve this look by using the often overlooked Cel Shader & Spline Shader. Learning how to leverage C4D in your 2D workflow is critical when it comes to saving time creating elements and animating. If you've ever tried to make something look 3D with 2D objects, you know how painstaking it can be to sell the 3D depth using flat layers. I'll also show how you can use the Cel Shader to apply shadows to objects with 100% luminance. One final note, be sure when you render to turn up the Anti-Aliasing settings as well as using a sharper Filter than Animation; such as Cubic (Still Image) or Sync so you have nice crisp edges in your animation to sell the 2D style. As requested I've made the breakdown of Mr. Cube and my take on how to achieve this style.

Method 1 0:48 : After Effects shape layers - done by keyframing paths and opacity on and off.
Method 2 7:43 : Photoshop Extended video timeline layer - import video into Photoshop and create path and draw on black video layer
Method 3 10:45 : Photoshop Extended video frames as layers - import video into Photoshop as separate layers and draw on new layer then export. I haven't used this yet but I think it will work.
Method 4 : Flash - convert video to flv and import into timeline. Draw your path or paint of a separate layer export image sequence. I don't go into explaining this because I'd probably just make a fool of myself with what I know about Flash.

In this tutorial, I'm going to show you how to recreate the popular cel animation style paint stroke/splash effect you see in a lot of 2D animations using Cinema 4D without third party plug-ins. Since presenting for MAXON at NAB 2014, I've received a bunch of requests asking me to go further in depth on how I used the Cel Shader in a client spot in my presentation. In this tutorial, I'll show you just that: how to create and apply a cool, stylistic, illustrative 2D look to 3D objects in Cinema 4D. We will achieve this look by using the often overlooked Cel Shader & Spline Shader. Learning how to leverage C4D in your 2D workflow is critical when it comes to saving time creating elements and animating. If you've ever tried to make something look 3D with 2D objects, you know how painstaking it can be to sell the 3D depth using flat layers. I'll also show how you can use the Cel Shader to apply shadows to objects with 100% luminance. One final note, be sure when you render to turn up the Anti-Aliasing settings as well as using a sharper Filter than Animation; such as Cubic (Still Image) or Sync so you have nice crisp edges in your animation to sell the 2D style.
