#Repost @danlepard ・・・ Beer, mustard and caraway hot dog buns on @goodfoodau. Found that @lidluk were selling these 1/2 metre long bratwurst and thought “I know just the bun for that”. Google my name + beer mustard caraway, and you’ll find the recipe for this soft rye-based brioche dough on the @goodfoodau website. It’s only really “brioche” deep under the hood because the other flavours dominate, but it suits a crispy grilled bratwurst perfectly. When you make the dough you might need to add more water when you add the flour (I added 100g extra) to keep it supple. You should get 3 x 350g balls of dough out of it, to make these whopper subs. So…that was dinner last night.
