Kamlesh Tripathi Omaxe Connaught Place. Why is the builder not registering the property where people have made full payments. They keep saying they are registering but in reality they are not. I was interested in the project earlier for the simple reason that it was complete in terms of construction but several investors told me they are not registering the property. Can anyone throw some light on this

Sagi Mr. Sagar my reply to your query is a straightforward NO. DDA issues guidelines in all leading newspapers that its land pooling policy has not been finalised. So don't fall prey to these builders. It is not going to be complete even by 2025.

umang Hi Vivek, As per my knowledge this is a forthcoming commercial plaza in Greater Noida West spread over 4.5 acres of land. Though the project is being constructed by PKS Buildmart Pvt Ltd which is a new builder, you cannot completely rely on the builder. Moreover, the builder has promised to hand over the possession by the year 2018. Due to the upcoming projects by renowned builders in Greater Noida West we can expect a good footfall, that will be lucrative for you in the long run.
