At Reddit, you will build the most community-focused platform on the internet. We’re looking for autonomous thinkers with a passion for mobile, data, and the future of our community.

Join UsI knew I wanted to be an engineer from the time I saw my brother’s shiny new Apple II and taught myself how to code before I could read or write. I joined Reddit as Chief Technology Officer because I saw an opportunity for tremendous growth on a platform with over 230 million monthly users. More importantly, I knew that I would be contributing to an important mission: using engineering to drive creativity and help communities flourish. We’re creating the Dream Machine here—a diverse, driven engineering powerhouse that can take any idea dreamed up inside Reddit and build it, faster and better each year.
Reddit is the first thing I look at when I wake up, and the last thing I check before I go to sleep. After browsing the Scuba and TrollXChromosomes communities every day, I left my gig handling government nuclear data to help build my favorite site. I love how passionate Reddit users are. They’re quick to give feedback about newly released features so we’re able to improve and fix them quickly.
I joined to work on infrastructure in 2011, back when Reddit was lean and scrappy. Since then, I’ve watched us grow from just three engineers to a full and diverse engineering team. I’m excited for us to get more people in the door so we can tackle even bigger projects in the future.
