Another short outage for applying more Minx 1.2 database changes.  Downtime should be 5-10 minutes.

We have a slightly longer outage coming up as we add a new server to the cluster.  I'll post details once the date and time is firm; downtime for that work should be on the order of half an hour.

Update: Completed in 11 minutes (8 minutes for the changes, 3 minutes to restart the application and test).

You may have noticed an odd problem with individual entry pages in the 1.1 templates with multi-column layouts on sites with long sidebars when browsing with Firefox.

This has been fixed.

I've just put in place an updated version of the comment listing and moderation screen.  The new version lets you see the full (HTML) text of the comment and the commenter's email (if supplied).  Let me know what you think, and definitely let me know if you have any problems using this (or any other) screen.

Hi everyone.

We're having some network issues between the web server and the file server today, the result being that files (mostly images) are not available at times.  This might prevent a page from displaying entirely.

Our support staff are investigating, and we hope to have this resolved in the next few hours.

Update: The problems are continuing, so we're migrating the files to the web server until things can be properly sorted out.  There's a few gigabytes of files to move, so this will take up to half an hour.  After that, the cutover should be very quick and things should be happy again.  (This will limit us to one web server, but that's plenty for our present load.)

Update: Migration completed.  Things should be running smoothly again now.
