Donnie and Nicole Chiu-Wang loved the location of their San Francisco studio, but they desperately needed to make its 537 square feet feel more spacious. To do that, they turned their attention to the 13-foot ceiling. Having watched online videos of cleverly designed moving walls in small New York City apartments, they thought that there must be a way to use their space more efficiently too.
Donnie reached out to an architect friend, who offered to take on the dilemma with another friend. The pair came up with a prefabricated multipurpose loft that freed up square footage, and includes two beds, a stand-up desk, a dining table and plenty of storage.

hey guys!
This is my first time doing a one year update home tour video on youtube because I've never lived in a place for longer than one year in the entire time that I've been making videos. How crazy is that?!
I moved into this downtown loft last year + showed you guys when the empty apartment tour / room tour right when I moved in as well as my office tour / when I moved my furniture around / moved my bed room upstairs but I haven't shown you it all together /how it's been decorated or how it's been finished! I always have more projects in mind, but for now this space is pretty much how I plan on keeping it. Most of the furniture in here I've had for the last few years [I only purchase pieces that I truly enjoy / want to invest in so I can re use them for years and apartments to come] I added on this year with the addition of my office space / new desk area, but other than that most of the pieces I have I've continued to use.

Janabai is a tantric yoga teacher. She is a delight: Fun, honest, playful and sexy. I photographed her in San Francisco in the Pacific Heights neighborhood back in 2007 for my Playboy TV show. Janabai and I got along quite well as you can she. She loved my east coast vibe, energy, and comedic sensibilities. Janabai really seemed to revel in her own sexuality too. Making "Boob Art' is an art in itself. She is definitely a free spirit, as many are in San Francisco. Janabai even had her "happy gauge" going, much to everyone's happiness. After this initial part of the shoot, we moved onto the bedroom, and eventually to the roof, where Janabai did Naked Yoga. Attic
An upper room or story in a building, mainly in a barn, directly under the roof, used either for storage (as in most private houses), for a specific purpose, e.g. an "organ loft" in a church, or to sleep in (sleeping loft). In this sense it is roughly synonymous with attic, the major difference being that an attic typically constitutes an entire floor of the building, while a loft covers only a few rooms, leaving one or more sides open to the lower floor. In barns a hayloft is often larger than the ground floor as it would contain a year's worth of hay.

James Marsden
James Paul Marsden (born September 18, 1973) is an American actor, singer and former Versace model. Marsden began his acting career guest-starring in multiple television shows such as Saved by the Bell: The New Class, Touched by an Angel and Party of Five. He would then gain prominence with his portrayal of Scott Summers/Cyclops in the X-Men film series, starred in 2006's Superman Returns which earned him a Saturn Award nomination.
Following his breakthrough in comic book films, Marsden went on to star in various genre films including 2007's Hairspray which was a critical and commercial success and won many awards for its ensemble cast. As Corny Collins, he sang two songs for the film's soundtrack which has been certified Platinum by the RIAA. He would continue his success and star in family friendly films such as Enchanted, Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore and Hop.
Marsden later starred in a range of independent films such as Small Apartments, Bachelorette, and Robot & Frank. He also returned to television guest-starring in Modern Family and playing Liz Lemon's love interest, Criss Chros in 30 Rock in a supporting role. Marsden then portrayed President John F. Kennedy in Lee Daniels' The Butler, and had a supporting role as an antagonist in Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues.

LOFT
The Large Observatory for X-ray Timing (LOFT) is a proposed ESA space mission originally slated to launch around 2022, and now proposed to launch around 2025. The mission will be devoted to the study of neutron stars, black holes and other compact objects by means of their very rapid X-ray variability. LOFT is supported by a large international collaboration, led by researchers spread over most of the European countries, including Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, United Kingdom, Greece, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, and with contributions from Brazil, Canada, Israel, United States and Turkey. SRON Netherlands Institute for Space Research acts as principal investigator.
The mission was submitted to the ESA Cosmic Vision M3 call for proposals, and was selected, together with other three missions, for an initial Assessment Phase.
On February 19, 2014, the PLATO mission was selected in favour of the other candidates in the programme, including LOFT. In spite of this, LOFT has been submitted to the Cosmic Vision M4 call for proposals for a planned launch date of 2025, if selected.

Karl Urban
Karl-Heinz Urban (born 7 June 1972) is a New Zealand actor. He is best known for playing Julius Caesar and Cupid in Xena: Warrior Princess, Éomer in the second and third installments of Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Dr. Leonard "Bones" McCoy in Star Trek, Star Trek Into Darkness and the upcoming Star Trek Beyond, and Judge Dredd in the film Dredd (2012). He won acclaim for his performances in New Zealand films The Price of Milk and Out of the Blue. He recently played the main character John Kennex on the television series Almost Human.
Early life
Urban was born in Wellington, New Zealand. His father, a German immigrant, owned a leather goods store, and his mother once worked for Film Facilities in Wellington. Through his mother, the young Urban was exposed to classic New Zealand cinema, and developed an interest in the film industry. Urban attended St Mark's Church School, where he showed an early love for public performance. His first acting role came at age eight, when he had a single line in one episode of the New Zealand television series Pioneer Woman. Though continuing to take part in school stage productions, he did not act professionally again until after high school.

This is my first time doing a one year update home tour video on youtube because I've never lived in a place for longer than one year in the entire time that I've been making videos. How crazy is that?! I moved into this downtown loft last year + showed you guys when the empty apartment tour / room tour right when I moved in as well as my office tour / when I moved my furniture around / moved my bed room upstairs but I haven't shown you it all together /how it's been decorated or how it's been finished! I always have more projects in mind, but for now this space is pretty much how I plan on keeping it. Most of the furniture in here I've had for the last few years [I only purchase pieces that I truly enjoy / want to invest in so I can re use them for years and apartments to come] I added on this year with the addition of my office space / new desk area, but other than that most of the pieces I have I've continued to use. Janabai is a tantric yoga teacher. She is a delight: Fun, honest, playful and sexy. I photographed her in San Francisco in the Pacific Heights neighborhood back in 2007 for my Playboy TV show. Janabai and I got along quite well as you can she. She loved my east coast vibe, energy, and comedic sensibilities. Janabai really seemed to revel in her own sexuality too. Making "Boob Art' is an art in itself. She is definitely a free spirit, as many are in San Francisco. Janabai even had her "happy gauge" going, much to everyone's happiness. After this initial part of the shoot, we moved onto the bedroom, and eventually to the roof, where Janabai did Naked Yoga. I photographed Tanya in her loft in North Philadelphia back in 2007. We both had a lot in common... love of music, food, animals, pot, and naked photographs. And she likes Jews becasue she thinks they're funny. We are. Tanya is a true professional. It was evident as soon as I arrived, because she didn't wear undies because they leave marks. Tanya has worked with many photographers before, but none like me. Being happy and naked wasn't something she was used to. Or being filmed a lot. But once on camera she was a fun, free wheeling, free spirit. You can tell she's quite comfy in her surroundings. And enjoys jumping naked on the bed. She also likes to wear a Flyers jersey with nothing else. Tanya can be found in my Naked Coast to Coast book on Amazon. Enjoy. Prrrrfect. Yes, I said it.

You Won’t Believe Everything This Tiny Loft Can Do
http://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/62333729/video/houzz-tv-you-wont-believe-everything-this-tiny-loft-can-do Donnie and Nicole Chiu-Wang loved the location of their San Francisco studio, but they desperately needed to make its 537 square feet feel more spacious. To do that, they turned their attention to the 13-foot ceiling. Having watched online videos of cleverly designed moving walls in small New York City apartments, they thought that there must be a way to use their space more efficiently too. Donnie reached out to an architect friend, who offered to take on the dilemma with another friend. The pair came up with a prefabricated multipurpose loft that freed up square footage, and includes two beds, a stand-up desk, a dining table and plenty of storage.

This is my first time doing a one year update home tour video on youtube because I've never lived in a place for longer than one year in the entire time that I've been making videos. How crazy is that?!
I moved into this downtown loft last year + showed you guys when the empty apartment tour / room tour right when I moved in as well as my office tour / when I moved my furniture around / moved my bed room upstairs but I haven't shown you it all together /how it's been decorated or how it's been finished! I always have more projects in mind, but for now this space is pretty much how I plan on keeping it. Most of the furniture in here I've had for the last few years [I only purchase pieces that I truly enjoy / want to invest in so I can re use them for years and apartments to come] I added on this year with the addition of my office space / new desk area, but other than that most of the pieces I have I've continued to use.

Janabai is a tantric yoga teacher. She is a delight: Fun, honest, playful and sexy. I photographed her in San Francisco in the Pacific Heights neighborhood back in 2007 for my Playboy TV show. Janabai and I got along quite well as you can she. She loved my east coast vibe, energy, and comedic sensibilities. Janabai really seemed to revel in her own sexuality too. Making "Boob Art' is an art in itself. She is definitely a free spirit, as many are in San Francisco. Janabai even had her "happy gauge" going, much to everyone's happiness. After this initial part of the shoot, we moved onto the bedroom, and eventually to the roof, where Janabai did Naked Yoga. Enjoy this wonderful edit while you drink your water with algae ;) You can find Janabai in my "Naked Coast to Coast" book on Amazon.

I photographed Tanya in her loft in North Philadelphia back in 2007. We both had a lot in common... love of music, food, animals, pot, and naked photographs. And she likes Jews becasue she thinks they're funny. We are. Tanya is a true professional. It was evident as soon as I arrived, because she didn't wear undies because they leave marks. Tanya has worked with many photographers before, but none like me. Being happy and naked wasn't something she was used to. Or being filmed a lot. But once on camera she was a fun, free wheeling, free spirit. You can tell she's quite comfy in her surroundings. And enjoys jumping naked on the bed. I photographed Tanya in her loft in North Philadelphia back in 2007. We both had a lot in common... love of music, food, animals, pot, and naked photographs. And she likes Jews becasue she thinks they're funny. We are. Tanya is a true professional. It was evident as soon as I arrived, because she didn't wear undies because they leave marks. Tanya has worked with many photographers before, but none like me. Being happy and naked wasn't something she was used to. Or being filmed a lot. But once on camera she was a fun, free wheeling, free spirit. You can tell she's quite comfy in her surroundings. And enjoys jumping naked on the bed.
