403010 LOS PUENTES DE LA DEMOCRACIA, ES UN HOMENAJE ORGANIZADO Y AUSPICIADO POR GRUPO OCTUBRE Y SALTO DE EJE PRODUCCIONES.
El 24 de mayo, y esperando los festejos por la Década Ganada, un Recital en la Sala Jorge Luis Borges de la Biblioteca Nacional, fue el marco para recorrer desde la música "40 30 10 Los Puentes de la Democracia en la Biblioteca Nacional".
El recital gratuito, lo abrió Litto Nebia que nos llevo junto a sus músicos a transitar de los años 70 al hoy, invitando al escenario a Emme y a Javier Calamaro.
La década del 80 en la maravillosa voz de Emme con el impresionante sonido de la música en manos de Hernán Jacinto, Guillermo Vadalá y Manuel Caizza, re versionó canciones de Spinetta, Fito y Charly entre otros.
El 2003, lo vivimos con Javier Calamaro, que junto al piano de Hernan Jacinto regalaron al público dos tangos que erizaron la piel y luego continuó con más música hasta la actualidad
Los aplausos no cesaron, y en un auditorio colmado volvimos a invitar al público a seguir participando, recordando nuestra historia, con 40 30 10, porque hoy, en 2013, la historia sigue en nuestras manos, mirar el pasado y proyectar el futuro.
40 30 10 es memoria, es alegría, es compromiso.

El 24 de mayo, y esperando los festejos por la Década Ganada, un Recital en la Sala Jorge Luis Borges de la Biblioteca Nacional, fue el marco para recorrer desde la música "40 30 10 Los Puentes de la Democracia en la Biblioteca Nacional".

Perhaps the most moving moment of today for me was when Malala addressed the issue of feminism. To give you some background, I had initially planned to ask Malala whether or not she was a feminist but then researched to see whether she had used this word to describe herself. Having seen that she hadn't, I decided to take the question out before the day of our interview. To my utter shock Malala put the question back into one of her own answers and identified herself. Maybe feminist isn't the easiest word to use... But she did it ANYWAY. You can probably see in the interview how I felt about this. She also gave me time at the end of the Q&A; to speak about some of my own work, which she most certainly didn't need to do, I was there to interview her. I think this gesture is so emblematic of what Malala and I went on to discuss. I've spoken before on what a controversial word feminism is currently. More recently, I am learning what a factionalized movement it is too. We are all moving towards the same goal. Let's not make it scary to say you're a feminist. I want to make it a welcoming and inclusive movement. Let's join our hands and move together so we can make real change. Malala and I are pretty serious about it but we need you.

As if we couldn’t love Emma Watson enough, she proved that she’s just as human as us all when she became mortified after her cell phone interrupted an entire interview.
She’s beauty and she’s grace, but sometimes she’s just a normal girl who forgot to read the ‘please silence your cell phone’ signs, but we’ll totally let it slide this time.
We’ve all been THAT person whose phone goes off at the most ironically inconvenient time possible, but this time it was Emma Watson who took the bait. Always known for her poise and proper demeanor during public appearances, Emma turned bright red after her cell phone went off as she was discussing her new movie Colonia with host Mark Heyes on the UK’s popular network ITV.
But not only did we see a rare comical side of Emma that we normally wouldn’t, but hearing her phone’s ringtone was positively priceless. Check it out:
After the interviewer called her Tina Turner “Steamy Windows” ringtone the best ringtone she’s ever heard, the two shared a laugh over the whole situation, when Emma replied QUOTE, “Well, I’m glad that I’m forgiven because it was Tina Turner otherwise that would have been terrible. I’m so sorry!”
Alright so if that’s the most embarrassing thing to ever occur to Emma during an interview, I’m thinkin’ she should consider herself real lucky, and as she stated, because it’s Tina Turner, there is no need to ever apologize.
