    I am sitting at Imphal airport free till 6E 2978 takes off. But I do not need to be treated "specially". Let me be a common citizen of India. I travel every other day. And there are many amputees who do so once a while.

    It's a rule to have 'Fragile' tags when requested by pax

    Why has abruptly stopped tagging fragile items? My artificial leg, is being carried all around the country every other day. The only airline to stop handling items. Pls dont say your team handle all bags with100% care so fragile tag not required.

    Evn if u talk with d staff of for ur loss, dey behave vry rudely. Hav suffered twice, whr my suitcase wheel got damage & once de spite of having fragile stkr, glass bottle got damage.But whn we approached 2 deir CC team, dey couldn't help rather shouting reverse on us

    ...enough time and precise intelligence/information at hand. Procedural process of FIR has taken more days/hours. Had quick reaction team of thana at Defence Colony Police Station been prompt the robbers would when been caught with 1 hour. Please restore our faith and support us.
