It is made from sugar, gram flour, flour, ghee, milk, and cardamom.Some people are of the opinion that Patisa and Soan Papdi are different things. Patisa is more hard and dark in color, Soan papdi is very soft like fibre or flakes.Soan papdi or soam papdi or sonpapri or sanpapdi or patisa is a popular South Asian ,India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal sweet. It is usually square in shape or served as flakes, and has a crisp and flaky texture.This sweet is commonly sold in streets which attracts kids a lot. The Origin place of sohan papdi is a small town called Najibabad of the district bijnor in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Ingredients
1 tsp cadodom powder
1 1/2 cup ghee or dalda
1 cup gram flour
1 cup Maida
2 cup sugar
Method:
First take a non stick pan add ghee , then gramflour, maida and cook till the raw flavour goes away in a slow flame and keep a side and it should be warm by the time you add sugar.
Now take a small steel container add sugar pour very little water and mix well till it is slight golden in colour or as shown in the video
once it is done mix the sugar in the ghee mixture and mix as show in the video till u get nice strings.
once it is done add almonds or any dry fruits, and put the mixture on a flat base and shape it
cut once it is little cold.

अगर आप भी 90's के बच्चे हैं तो आपको बहसीपन वाला वो टीवी शो 'सोन परी' तो याद ही होगा। जी हाँ, जो उस समय पर हम सब का फेवरेट हुआ करता था। सोन परी में बानी सोना आंटी तो याद हैं न ,जी हाँ, उन्ही की बात कर रहे है हम आज। उस शो के बाद से हमे वो कही नज़र भी नही आयी। लेकिन हम आपके लिए उनको ढूंढ़ कर लाये हैं।
आपको बता दे ये हैं सोना आंटी यानी मृणाल कुलकर्णी जो आजकल मराठी फिल्मों से लेकर बॉलीवुड और टीवी की दुनिया में काम कर रही हैं। पिछले साल मराठी फिल्म & Jara Hat ke में दिखाई दी थी। मृणाल का जन्म 21 जून 1968 को हुआ था। उनके माता पिता पुणे विश्वविद्यालय में प्रोफेसर रह चुके हैं। मृणाल ने भी अपनी मास्टर्स की पढ़ाई यही से पूरी की है।
इन्होंने अपनी 16 साल की उम्र से ही करियर की शुरुआत मराठी फिल्म से कर दी थी। और आगे जा कर टीवी शो 'सोन परी' से काफी फेमस हो गयी है। मृणाल ने ग्रेजुएशन खत्म करने के बाद ही अपने करीबी दोस्त रुचिर कुलकर्णी से शादी कर ली जिसके बाद वो फ़िल्मी दुनिया से दूर रही। आइये आपको दिखाते हैं उनकी फोटोज।

Soan Papdi
Soan Papdi (Tamil: சோன்பப்டி) is a 2015 Tamil language comic crime thriller film, directed by debutant Sivani. The film features Sri of 'Vazhakku Enn 18/9', 'Onaayum Aattukkuttiyum' fame, Child actor Sahil(Making his debut) and Priya in lead roles, while Manobala, Pattimandram Raja and Besant Ravi play supporting roles. The story is about an Employed Engineer who lands in a mysterious quandary and how he begins to unravel the mystery around. The film is produced by S. Kalaivani, under Golden Movie Maker.

The soundtrack album for Soan papdi was composed by Dhanraj Manickam. The lyrics penned by Na. Muthukumar, Annamalai and S Kalaivani. The audio was released by director Karthik Subbaraj and Iyshwarya Rajesh. This is the first film album that features Gana Bala's first duet song.
Release
A first official film trailer was released on 03 Apr 15. The Censor Board members very impressed by the movie conveyed their tremendous appreciation. The film is given a "U" certificate by the Indian Censor Board. The film was released on 29-May-15.

First take a non stick pan add ghee , then gramflour, maida and cook till the raw flavour goes away in a slow flame and keep a side and it should be warm by the time you add sugar.
Now take a small steel container add sugar pour very little water and mix well till it is slight golden in colour or as shown in the video
once it is done mix the sugar in the ghee mixture and mix as show in the video till u get nice strings.
once it is done add almonds or any dry fruits, and put the mixture on a flat base and shape it
cut once it is little cold.

It is made from sugar, gram flour, flour, ghee, milk, and cardamom.Some people are of the opinion that Patisa and Soan Papdi are different things. Patisa is more hard and dark in color, Soan papdi is very soft like fibre or flakes.Soan papdi or soam papdi or sonpapri or sanpapdi or patisa is a popular South Asian ,India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal sweet. It is usually square in shape or served as flakes, and has a crisp and flaky texture.This sweet is commonly sold in streets which attracts kids a lot. The Origin place of sohan papdi is a small town called Najibabad of the district bijnor in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

अगर आप भी 90's के बच्चे हैं तो आपको बहसीपन वाला वो टीवी शो 'सोन परी' तो याद ही होगा। जी हाँ, जो उस समय पर हम सब का फेवरेट हुआ करता था। सोन परी में बानी सोना आंटी तो याद हैं न ,जी हाँ, उन्ही की बात कर रहे है हम आज। उस शो के बाद से हमे वो कही नज़र भी नही आयी। लेकिन हम आपके लिए उनको ढूंढ़ कर लाये हैं।
आपको बता दे ये हैं सोना आंटी यानी मृणाल कुलकर्णी जो आजकल मराठी फिल्मों से लेकर बॉलीवुड और टीवी की दुनिया में काम कर रही हैं। पिछले साल मराठी फिल्म & Jara Hat ke में दिखाई दी थी। मृणाल का जन्म 21 जून 1968 को हुआ था। उनके माता पिता पुणे विश्वविद्यालय में प्रोफेसर रह चुके हैं। मृणाल ने भी अपनी मास्टर्स की पढ़ाई यही से पूरी की है।
इन्होंने अपनी 16 साल की उम्र से ही करियर की शुरुआत मराठी फिल्म से कर दी थी। और आगे जा कर टीवी शो 'सोन परी' से काफी फेमस हो गयी है। मृणाल ने ग्रेजुएशन खत्म करने के बाद ही अपने करीबी दोस्त रुचिर कुलकर्णी से शादी कर ली जिसके बाद वो फ़िल्मी दुनिया से दूर रही। आइये आपको दिखाते हैं उनकी फोटोज।
