Jeffrey "Jeff" Lord is a former member of the Ronald Reagan administration, a former White House associate political director 1987–1988, journalist, author, and political strategist in Pennsylvania.
Lord earned a degree from Franklin and Marshall College. He first worked as a press aide in the Pennsylvania State Senate. He worked for Pennsylvania Congressman Bud Shuster as Legislative Director and Press Secretary and for U.S. Senator H. John Heinz III as Executive Assistant. Later Lord worked as Chief of Staff to Drew Lewis, for part of the time that Mr. Lewis was a Co-chair of Pennsylvania for the Ronald Reagan presidential campaign. He also served in the Reagan White House as an associate political director. In that position he assisted in the judicial nomination process for several nominees, including Robert Bork. He also worked for Jack Kemp during the Presidency of George H. W. Bush.
Lord now works as a journalist, contributing material to CNN, The Weekly Standard, The American Spectator, National Review Online, the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Times, the Los Angeles Times, the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and the Harrisburg Patriot-News. He has appeared as a guest on numerous television and radio programs. He also works as a political consultant for Quantum Communications, a Harrisburg-based political strategy firm.
Anderson Hays Cooper (born June 3, 1967) is an American journalist, author, and television personality. He is the primary anchor of the CNN news show Anderson Cooper 360°. The program is normally broadcast live from a New York City studio; however, Cooper often broadcasts live on location for breaking news stories. From September 2011 to May 2013, he also served as host of his own eponymous syndicated daytime talk show, Anderson Live.
Cooper was born in New York City, the younger son of the writer Wyatt Emory Cooper and the artist, designer, writer, and heiress Gloria Vanderbilt. His maternal grandparents were millionaire equestrian Reginald Claypoole Vanderbilt and socialite Gloria Morgan Vanderbilt, and his maternal great-great-great-grandfather was Cornelius Vanderbilt of the prominent Vanderbilt shipping and railroad fortune. He is also a descendant, through his mother, of Civil War brevet Major General Hugh Judson Kilpatrick, who was with General William T. Sherman on his march through Georgia. Through his "Vanderbilt" line, he is a second cousin, once removed, of screenwriter James Vanderbilt.
Donald John Trump, Sr. (born June 14, 1946) is an American businessperson and media personality. He is the chairman and president of The Trump Organization and the founder of Trump Entertainment Resorts. Trump's career, branding efforts, personal life, wealth, and outspoken manner have made him famous throughout the country. Since 2015, he is also a candidate for the Republican nomination for President of the United States in the 2016 election.
Trump is a native of New York City and a son of Fred Trump, who inspired him to enter real estate development. After two years at Fordham University and while studying at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Trump worked for his father's firm, Elizabeth Trump & Son. Upon graduating in 1968 he joined the company, and in 1971 was given control, renaming the company "The Trump Organization". Since then he has built hotels, golf courses, and other properties, many of which bear his name. He is a major figure in the American business scene and has received prominent media exposure. The NBC reality show The Apprentice bolstered his fame, and his three marriages were extensively reported in tabloids.

Jeffrey Lord is cornered by Anderson Cooper when he snips about Juanita Broderick in a silly attempt to pivot from the point as is the job of Trump Surrogates. Anderson Cooper lays out a firestorm of follow up questions until Jeffrey starts stammering. AC told him, "I'm not interested in your anecdotes about some couple you met, I can say the same thing about a cab driver" - Hilarious.
Jeffrey Lord with Victor Blackwell on a CNN Interview tries to defend the indefensible Donald Trump and his pussy-grabbin' hands. Amid mounting accusations of sexual assault lodged against the GOP Candidate, Donald Trump, Trump surrogates struggle to spin and deflect until the facts are no longer recognizable. Jeffrey at one point made it sound like if it's ONLY sexual asault and not rape like Bill Clinton and Ted Kennedy, then it's OK. These silly surrogates who clearly have the hardest job in politics given Trumps unsteady nature and horribly unpredictable temperament, often sound like they have entered into an alternate reality that no one else can see.

New York Times reporter Jonathan Tasini and the CNN Panel on AC360 lay out a fact-based argument explaining the polls and the reality of Trumps standing in the campaign. Scottie Nell Hughes and Jeffrey Lord seem to be caught off guard by the seasoned NY Times reporter who hasn't made a lot of appearances on the CNN Panels. They continue to cling to this concept of Trump winning by an impossible path to the 270 electoral votes needed for a Trump victory. Christine Quinn continues to pile on and Jeffrey Lord digresses to anecdotes about seeing a bunch of Trump yard signs in a particular neighborhood which he thinks means there's more interest in the GOP candidate than people might think.

At some point during the heated exchange Wednesday morning between CNN commentators Van Jones and Jeffrey Lord on New Day, word must have been passed down from the network to keep the good times rolling well into the 9 a.m. ET hour. Despite the fact that at one point in the interview Alisyn Camerota noted that there were only 15 seconds of time remaining, the reprise of the Jones v. Lord spat continued for over 20 minutes, a satisfying second dish to the heated Super Tuesday fight that landed headlines everywhere. On Tuesday night, the two CNN commentators blew up at one another over the recent debacle of Donald Trump’s KKK controversy, a situation in which the GOP frontrunner initially refused to totally disavow an endorsement from former Klan leader David Duke. “This is what liberals do...
