The CEO is responsible for developing and communicating the organizational vision and mission; leading and guiding the management in areas of business growth, development and operational efficiency; formulating strategic plans that provide the direction for existing and future actions; ensuring the effective implementation of these plans and assessing the business performance on a regular basis.

- Must have the capability to visualize the future trends in the defined business sector and formulate effective strategies
- Must have a good understanding and knowledge of the business environment
- Must have excellent numerical and analytical skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in business management
• Post graduate diploma from a recognized business management institute
