Corsano is a town and comune in the province of Lecce in the Apulia region of south-east Italy.
It is located on the last slopes of the Salentine Murge, facing the Adriatic Sea coast. The distance from Lecce is 60 kilometres (37 mi).
Corsano was most likely founded in the 8th century, during the Byzantine domination of southern Italy, by Basilian monks. Later it was part of the Principality of Taranto, a semi-independent entity of the Kingdom of Naples, and later was held by numerous feudal families.
The most striking sight is the Baronal Castle (17th century) and Julien's face.
Joe McPhee (born November 3, 1939) is an American jazz multi-instrumentalist born in Miami, Florida, a player of tenor, alto, and soprano saxophone, the trumpet, flugelhorn and valve trombone. McPhee grew up in Poughkeepsie, New York, and is most notable for his free jazz work done from the late 1960s to the present day.
McPhee was born in Miami, Florida. He began playing trumpet when he was eight, before learning other instruments. He played in various high school and then military bands before starting his recording career. His first recording came in 1967, when he appeared on the Clifford Thornton album entitled Freedom and Unity. McPhee taught himself saxophone at the age of 32 after experiencing the music of John Coltrane, Albert Ayler, and Ornette Coleman. During the late 1960s and early 1970s, McPhee lectured on jazz music at Vassar College.
In 1975, Werner Uehlinger started the Swiss label Hathut Records with the specific intent of showcasing McPhee's music. In the 1980s, McPhee met Pauline Oliveros, began studying her musical theories, and worked with her Deep Listening Band. He has not yet signed with any major label in his native United States, and was possibly better known throughout Europe than his native country until the 1990s. His 1996 album As Serious As Your Life, which takes its title from the jazz book by Val Wilmer, is "arguably the finest of his solo recordings", according to the AllMusic review.

Fonte: ww...
Places to see in ( Santa Maria di Leuca - Italy ) Santa Maria di Leuca, often spelled simply Leuca, is a frazione of the comune of Castrignano del Capo, in the province of Lecce, southern Italy. A part of the town once belonged to the comune of Gagliano del Capo. Santa Maria di Leuca is famous for the iconic lighthouse. With its height of 47 metres, and position at 102 metres above sea level, is the second most important lighthouse in Italy, after Genova. Next to the lighthouse is the large Sanctuary, or Basilica, De Finibus Terrae ("End of the Land", 1720-1755), built to commemorate the passage of St. Peter here during his travel to Italy. It is devoted to Saint Mary (from whom the town gets the name Santa Maria di Leuca). It lies on the former site of a Roman temple dedicated to Minerv...

Hear the dark symphony
when the light becomes black
under the blood's rain
Satan always calls your name
uncaread for your God
inherit the evil's control
this order always summoned you
raise the black flag
blood run out of your eyes
plague's fever and death
all disease are spreadin' out
unleashed the demon's wrath
slaves of the dying world
the worms eat away their flesh
blood blasts from the sky
crosses toward hell
Rotten guts inside the body
the mankind cry out in despair
rotten world, atrocious from hell
you get command, godless butcher
