Copyright Act (with its variations) is a stock short title used for legislation in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States relating to the copyright. The Bill for an Act with this short title will usually have been known as a Copyright Bill during its passage through Parliament.
The 100 (pronounced The Hundred) is an American post-apocalyptic drama television series that premiered on The CW during the 2013–14 American television season. The series is based on a book of the same name, the first in a trilogy by Kass Morgan, and developed by Jason Rothenberg. The show premiered on Wednesday, March 19, 2014.
Sky people, or Skaikru (in Trigedasleng), is a term used by the grounders to describe a person who came from The Ark. They are also commonly known as Arkers. The sky people alive today are descendants of humans who survived the nuclear apocalypse 97 years before the show by living in space in the Ark.
The "grounders" or "outsiders" (by the mountain men) describes people born on Earth rather than in space or Mount Weather. The grounders alive today are descendants of humans who survived the nuclear apocalypse 97 years ago. Many of the 100 have negative views toward grounders, just like a lot of grounders have a negative view of the 100. They were the primary antagonists of the first season. There are 12 grounder clans, including the Woods Clan (Also known as the Tree People).
The Copyright Act of 1976 is a United States copyright law and remains the primary basis of copyright law in the United States, as amended by several later enacted copyright provisions. The Act spells out the basic rights of copyright holders, codified the doctrine of "fair use," and for most new copyrights adopted a unitary term based on the date of the author's death rather than the prior scheme of fixed initial and renewal terms. It became Public Law number 94-553 on October 19, 1976 and went into effect on January 1, 1978.
Before the 1976 Act, the last major revision to statutory copyright law in the United States occurred in 1909. In deliberating the Act, Congress noted that extensive technological advances had occurred since the adoption of the 1909 Act. Television, motion pictures, sound recordings, and radio were cited as examples. The Act was designed in part to address intellectual property questions raised by these new forms of communication. (see House report number 94-1476)

Plot: Biopic of the controversial muckraking journalist Walter Winchell. After spending 12 years in vaudeville, Winchell began writing a column in the New York Mirror. Part gossip, part half-truths, the reporting focused on well-known or prominent individuals and their dalliances. Winchell grew in popularity, particularly when he started his weekly Sunday night radio show. His reporting became more political in the late 1930s when he railed against Hitler. His star began to fall in the 1950's when Josephine Baker was refused service at the Stork Club and Winchell allegedly refused to do anything about it. The end came with his support of Sen. Joseph McCarthy and his own rabid anti-communism. Following McCarthy's style, Winchell accused anyone who stood in his way of being a communist. Soon, he found himself facing lawsuits, a failed attempt at a television show and eventually, the cancellation of his radio show.

Plot: Neighboring widowers plot to romantically unite their son and daughter by pretending to feud and forbidding the two children to associate with each other. Their scheme works and the two youngsters fall head-over-heels in love. To end their "feud" the fathers hire a bandit and his henchmen to fake an abduction and allow the son to rout the assailants. The plan works, but the two love birds discover that requited love is much less exciting than forbidden romance and they break off their relationship. Matt, the son, resolves to see the world and receives a severe buffeting, while Luisa, the daughter, has an unhappy romance with the bandit, who steals her most precious possession, her mother's necklace. Matt returns, sadder but wiser, and the two former lovers reunite.

Plot: Gangster Eddie Kagel is killed by a trusted lieutenant and finds himself in Harry Redmond Jr's special-effects Hell, where Nick/The Devil sees that he is an-exact double for a judge who Nick doesn't approve of. Eddie is agreeable to having his soul transferred to the judge's body, as it will give him a chance to avenge himself on his killer. But every action taken by Eddie (as the judge) results in good rather than evil and, to Nick's dismay, the reputation and influence of the judge is enhanced, rather than impaired by Eddie. And Eddie also falls in love with the judge's fiancée, Barbara. Even Eddie's planned revenge fails and Nick is forced to concede defeat. He returns to Hell, taking Eddie with him, after Eddie has extracted his promise that Nick will not molest the judge or Barbara in the future.

A quoi a sert ?
Sommes-nous l'espoir ?
Ou n'sommes nous que du vent ?
Sommes-nous l'histoire ?
La jeunesse vous demande
(Je suis) lass qu'on m'appelle
Et qu'on me manque de respect
Rendez moi mon bleu ciel
Car je n'aime gure que la paix !
Sommes-nous l'espoir ?
Ou n'sommes nous que des pions ?
Sommes-nous l'histoire ?
La jeunesse vous demande.
Sommes-nous l'espoir ?
Ou n'sommes nous que du vent ?
Sommes-nous l'histoire ?
