Стрим с презентации вышел слегка комом, поэтому предлагаю более внятную версию в 4k. Забавно, но Тойота просить называть автомобиль фОрчунер - но путаница все равно некоторое время будет, сам в ударениях запутался...
Многие решили, что это поставка из Казахстана, но там собирали старое поколение, а это на базе новейшего Хайлакса. Но комфортнее в силу пружинной подвеске и переработанному интерьеру. Кто забыл, что у хайлакса, тот может посмотреть на него в конце.
Но в целом материал ни о чем, чтобы автомобиль понять, нужно реально ездить - остальное пустословие и хайперство!

Toyota Fortuner
The Toyota Fortuner (Japanese: トヨタ フォーチュナー, Toyota fōchunā), also known as the Toyota SW4, is a mid-sized SUV. Originally assembled only in Thailand, but later also in Indonesia and other countries, the Fortuner is built on the Toyota Hilux pickup truck platform. It features three rows of seats and is available in rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. The Fortuner is part of Toyota's IMV project in Thailand, which also includes the Toyota Hilux and the Kijang Innova (in Indonesia). Developed in large part by Toyota’s Thai operations, the Fortuner has piggybacked the success of the Hilux and is now built in a number of countries including India, Argentina and Indonesia, although outside Thailand its success has been mixed.
However, in the Sydney Morning Herald, Gillard who worked for the Toyota Technical Centre (TTC-AU) stated that the organization has been working on the Fortuner since 2006. In fact, this Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) is designed in Thailand by Thai and Japanese engineers.

Многие решили, что это поставка из Казахстана, но там собирали старое поколение, а это на базе новейшего Хайлакса. Но комфортнее в силу пружинной подвеске и переработанному интерьеру. Кто забыл, что у хайлакса, тот может посмотреть на него в конце.
Но в целом материал ни о чем, чтобы автомобиль понять, нужно реально ездить - остальное пустословие и хайперство!

With seven seats and a chassis based on the HiLux, we test the Fortuner both on road and off road to see if this latest SUV has been worth the wait.
Launching with the option of three variants, the Fortuner will take on the recently launched Ford Everest and established players like the Isuzu MU-X, Holden Colorado 7 and the Mitsubishi Challenger.

With seven seats and a chassis based on the HiLux, we test the Fortuner both on road and off road to see if this latest SUV has been worth the wait.
Launching with the option of three variants, the Fortuner will take on the recently launched Ford Everest and established players like the Isuzu MU-X, Holden Colorado 7 and the Mitsubishi Challenger.

Kali ini kita akan mereview sebuah Toyota Fortuner.
Toyota Fortuner adalah sebuah SUV sasis tangga (ladder-frame chassis) dari pabrikan mobil Jepang, Toyota. Fortuner pertama kali diperkenalkan di Indonesia pada tahun 2005 dalam bentuk CBU (Completely Build-Up) dari Thailand, dan pada tahun 2007 mobil ini sudah dirakit dalam negeri secara CKD (Completely Knock-Down) di pabrik Toyota di Karawang, Jawa Barat. Mobil ini dikembangkan dalam platform IMV yang terdiri dari Toyota Hilux dan Kijang Innova.
Toyota Fortuner generasi pertama ini tersedia dalam berbagai jenis mesin dan penggerak roda. Mulai dari mesin 2500cc 4 silinder Turbodiesel yang berkode 2KD-FTV dengan teknologi Commonrail Direct Injection yang bertenaga 101hp (tanpa Intercooler) atau 142hp (dengan Intercooler), yang tersedia dengan transmisi manual 5 percepatan atau otomatis 4 percepatan.
Untuk varian mesin bensin, Fortuner menggunakan mesin 2700cc 4 silinder bensin yang berkode 2TR-FE dengan teknologi VVT-i yang bertenaga 160hp, dan hanya tersedia dengan transmisi otomatis 4 percepatan. Mesin ini masih digunakan di Fortuner generasi kedua di tipe SRZ, namun dengan tambahan teknologi Dual VVT-i sehingga tenaganya bertambah menjadi 165hp.
Untuk daerah Indonesia yang terkenal dengan bisnis pertambangan seperti pulau Sumatera, Kalimantan, dan Sulawesi, Fortuner juga dijual lewat importir umum dengan mesin 3000cc 4 silinder Turbodiesel yang berkode 1KD-FTV, juga dengan teknologi Commonrail dan Direct Injection, yang bertenaga 173hp.

Something in the range of the Nissan Juke or Toyota CRH looks perfect but the big question is, do they have enough back-seat space for two car seats? We have two children (three and five-year-olds) ... There should be no issues whatsoever fitting two children's seats in the back of a Toyota C-HR and, frankly, I don't see a need to broaden your horizons any further....
