http://www.GaryTV.Net It was nearing sunset and had about one hour to video vlog downtown Irving TX. In this area there really are not any major retailers, it's mostly mom and pop shops. local businesses offer products and services. It's an old area that is in need of improvements. It also needs some attraction or someone to just come up with a coll idea on how to revitalize downtown Irving TX. As you can see from the video vlog, there is not to much to feature, although I really do appreciate you taking the time to view the video of Downtown Irving Texas. I added some cool music in the background that I hope you enjoy.

IRVING (CBSDFW.COM) – Dozens of Muslims in Irving are upset after the city council passed a resolution in support of a new state house bill some Muslims believe targets their faith.
Council members voted Thursday night on a resolution that support Texas HB 562, which forbids the use of foreign law and codifies the supremacy of U.S. and state law.
“I think it’s the most disgraceful day in the city of Irving,” said Omar Suleiman, an Irving resident who is Muslim. “The elephant in the room is that it’s the anti-Shariah bill.”
Some Muslims in Irving believe the resolution is in reaction to a new Islamic Tribunal that is operating in the city.
Judges had previously told community members their work is non-binding and they only deal with civil disputes like marriage. They also said U.S. and state laws supersede any decisions they make.
“This bill does not mention at all Muslims, Shariah Law, Islam, even religion,” said Mayor Beth Van Duyne.
Mayor Beth Van Duyne said it is important to recognize the constitution and unite behind U.S. and Texas laws.
“Respect them, obey them, embrace them,” said the mayor.
Many Muslims said all they can do is take use their feelings the next time they vote.

Texas /ˈtɛksəs/ (Spanish: Texas or Tejas [ˈtexas]) is a state in the United States of America. It is the second most populous and second largest state by area in the US. The "Lone Star" can be found on the Texan state flag and on the Texan state seal. The origin of the state name, Texas, is from the word, "Tejas", which means 'friends' in the Caddo language.

Irving, Texas
Irving (/ɜːrvɪŋ/ UR-ving) is a city located in Dallas County in the U.S. state of Texas. According to a 2013 estimate from the United States Census Bureau, the city population was 228,653 making it the thirteenth most populous city in Texas. Irving is part of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Irving includes the Las Colinas community, one of the first master-planned developments in the United States and once the largest mixed-use development in the Southwest with a land area of more than 12,000 acres (4,856 ha). Las Colinas is home to the Mustangs at Las Colinas, which is the largest equine sculpture in the world, as well as many Fortune 500 companies, such as ExxonMobil, Kimberly-Clark and Fluor Corporation. In January 2011 the city completed the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas and continues to develop the area into a mixed-use complex including a special entertainment district.
Part of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport lies inside the city limits of Irving.

Sharia
Sharia, Islamic sharia or Islamic law (Arabic: شريعة (IPA: [ʃaˈriːʕa]) for law) is the basic Islamic legal system derived from the religious precepts of Islam, particularly the Quran and the Hadith. The term sharia comes from the Arabic language term sharīʿah, which means a body of moral and religious law derived from religious prophecy, as opposed to human legislation.
Sharia deals with many topics, including crime, politics, marriage contracts, trade regulations, religious prescriptions, and economics, as well as personal matters such as sexual intercourse, hygiene, diet, prayer, everyday etiquette and fasting. Adherence to sharia has served as one of the distinguishing characteristics of the Muslim faith historically. In its strictest definition, sharia is considered in Islam as the infallible law of God.
There are two primary sources of sharia: the Quran, and the Hadiths (opinions and life example of Muhammad). For topics and issues not directly addressed in these primary sources, sharia is derived. The derivation differs between the various sects of Islam (Sunni and Shia are the majority), and various jurisprudence schools such as Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, Hanbali and Jafari. The sharia in these schools is derived hierarchically using one or more of the following guidelines: Ijma (usually the consensus of Muhammad's companions), Qiyas (analogy derived from the primary sources), Istihsan (ruling that serves the interest of Islam in the discretion of Islamic jurists) and Urf (customs).

In Fall of 2009, I hunted black wildebeest in Africa in order to again "meet my meat." My wonderful guide was Chris Bolton, of Zungah Safaris, in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. After the hunt, we transported the meat to a well-known Cape Town Chef, Pete Goff, of The Kitchen Cowboys. This was a very emotional experience for me and my friend, Sonja Kroop, who was shooting most of the footage. We had not anticipated the hunt nor filming, when we arrived to visit a friend in Cape Town, so the footage quality is old mini-dv, not high quality HD. Some viewers may find this to be GRAPHIC CONTENT, as it shows the killing of an animal for food.

On September 11th 2015 I took the Texas Eagle Amtrak train from LA to Austin. The train passes through the states of California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, taking nearly 33 hours to complete this leg of the journey, before continuing on up to Chicago. This short film comprises a number of clips I took from the train window, mostly in Arizona and Texas. I highly recommended seeing America this way. Though it's not the most comfortable way to travel you'll see things and meet people you rarely would travelling by car or plane. These guide the movement of all other tankers operating in BC waters. As a result, it operates here with no Canadian pilots on board, it does not require escort tugs while maneuvering in Port Metro Vancouver, and most egregiously, it is allowed to travel north through Seymour Narrows and into the "voluntary tanker exclusion zone" that is the B.C. Inside Passage. As such, this unflagged foreign vessel blatantly flouts the concerns of the people of Canada, and operates here secretively without any social license whatsoever.

After the hunt, we transported the meat to a well-known Cape Town Chef, Pete Goff, of The Kitchen Cowboys. This was a very emotional experience for me and my friend, Sonja Kroop, who was shooting most of the footage. We had not anticipated the hunt nor filming, when we arrived to visit a friend in Cape Town, so the footage quality is old mini-dv, not high quality HD. Some viewers may find this to be GRAPHIC CONTENT, as it shows the killing of an animal for food.

On September 11th 2015 I took the Texas Eagle Amtrak train from LA to Austin. The train passes through the states of California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, taking nearly 33 hours to complete this leg of the journey, before continuing on up to Chicago.
This short film comprises a number of clips I took from the train window, mostly in Arizona and Texas.
I highly recommended seeing America this way. Though it's not the most comfortable way to travel you'll see things and meet people you rarely would travelling by car or plane.
Music is 'Exit Does Not Exist' by Sun Kil Moon, taken from his album of Modest Mouse covers. A record I was listening to a lot at the time.
