Bagh-e Nazari

Bagh-e Nazari (Persian: باغ نظري‎‎, also Romanized as Bāgh-e Naz̧arī; also known as Naz̧arī and Naz̧rī) is a village in Esfandaqeh Rural District, in the Central District of Jiroft County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.

Passport to Europe

Passport to Europe is a television show on the Travel Channel. The show follows the bubbly and upbeat television host Samantha Brown around Europe visiting various popular European cities, including prime travel destinations such as Berlin, Munich, Amsterdam, Venice, Florence, Rome, Paris and London, as well as smaller cities such as Stratford-upon-Avon, Penzance and Oxford in England.

In the course of each show, Brown tours each city and interacts with the town's locals (occasionally with the use of subtitles for the viewer, even for English-speaking countries, such as Scotland). She also visits local landmarks - including popular restaurants and shopping locales - and educates viewers on events in the city's history.

The show was nominated for a Daytime Emmy in 2006 in the same category that the Travel Channel series Great Hotels went on to win.

In July 2006, Brown announced that Passport to Europe had officially wrapped, and that Passport to Latin America would start filming in September 2006.

Abdul Karim

Abdul Karim (Arabic: عبد الكريم‎) is a Muslim male given name and, in modern usage, surname. It is built from the Arabic words Abd, al- and Karim. The name means "servant of the most Generous", Al-Karīm being one of the names of God in the Qur'an, which give rise to the Muslim theophoric names.

Malay styles and titles

The Malay language has a complex system of titles and honorifics, which are still used extensively especially in Brunei and relatively in Malaysia. Singapore, whose Malay royalty was abolished by the British colonial government in 1891, has adopted civic titles for its leaders. The Philippines historically used Malay titles during its pre-Hispanic period, as evidenced by the titles of historical figures such as Rajah Sulayman, Lakandula and Dayang Kalangitan. Malay titles are still used by the royal houses of Sulu, Maguindanao, Maranao and Iranun on the southern Philippine island of Mindanao, but these are retained on a traditional basis as the 1987 Constitution explicitly reaffirms the abolition of royal and noble titles in the republic.
