Purple sundaes have arrived in Sydney just in time for Vivid 2017

Barangaroo's Devon Cafe better known for their Asian fusion favourites like matcha lattes and out there combos like fries and ice cream, have gone and made it rain...
 

Purple that is.

And yes, we just referenced Hendrix AND Prince. We couldn't help ourselves.

 

 

In the true spirit of Vivid Sydney, Devon Cafe will launch their special edition pyschadelic purple soft serve dubbed the
 

Purple Haze Sundae.

It's made from taro, served with taro crisps, coconut strips and leche flan, and it'll be available from May 26 to June 17 to coincide with the popular Light, Music and Ideas Festival.
