Jake Stanczak

Jake Stanczak, known by his stage names Kill the Noise and Ewun, is an electronic music producer from Rochester, New York. He co-owns the label Slow Roast Records alongside DJ Craze, which is distributed by Fool's Gold Records.

In 2006, he recorded a DJ mix for the Barcode Recordings LP "Shades Of Black" that was featured on its CD release. He has also appeared on many compilation albums under the name Ewun.

In 2011, he produced and was featured on "Narcissistic Cannibal", and "Fuels The Comedy", from Korn's tenth studio album, The Path of Totality. "Narcissistic Cannibal" was released as a single on October 18, 2011, with the album following on December 6, 2011.

On February 3, 2012, Stanczak took the stage with Korn to perform for Jimmy Kimmel Live!.

Stancazak was on the radio show DVDASA on January 15, 2014. His collaboration with Skrillex, Fatman Scoop and Michael Angelakos, "Recess", entered the UK Singles Chart at number 57. The song is the title track from Skrillex's debut album Recess.

Evol Intent

Evol Intent is a hardstep drum and bass group formed in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia, U.S. in 2000. The group is composed of The Enemy (Ashley Jones), Knick (Nick Weiller), and Gigantor (Mike Diasio).

The trio has released several singles on their own label Evol Intent Recordings as well as Dieselboy's Human Imprint and Barcode Recordings, and performed as headliners for several Therapy Sessions events. They are also known for their contributions with Lifted Music Group.

In 2005, Evol Intent provided a continuous mix for the second CD of Dieselboy's compilation The Human Resource.

In 2006, Evol Intent were selected by Submerged to be part of a groundbreaking drum 'n' bass-jazz fusion project he was working on with Grammy Award-winning jazz bassist, record producer and fusion pioneer Bill Laswell. Evol Intent provided the blueprint for a track over which NEA Jazz Masters saxophonist Dave Liebman improvised, resulting in the finished track "Pattern Engine" which was released on the Method of Defiance album "Inamorata." The album was re-released in 2008.

The Noise (album)

The Noise is an album by the English singer and songwriter Peter Hammill.

As the title implies, the album is a collection of uptempo rock songs, in sharp contrast to Hammill's previous album, Fireships, which consisted mainly of ballads. The album was announced on its sleeve as "Number 1 in the A Loud series" (Fireships had similarly been labelled as "Number 1 in the BeCalm series"). At the time, Hammill intended these labels to continue, and to separate his loud and quiet songs between different albums. The idea did not, however, continue beyond these two albums.

The song "Primo on the Parapet" is a tribute to the writer and Holocaust survivor Primo Levi, and has been performed many times by Hammill in concert.

Screw Up is the 1995 debut full-length album by Japanese group Super Junky Monkey. It showcased their fusion of rap, hardcore, punk, and funk music. It was released in Japan and the United States.
