Asghar Farhadi, ne s'est pas laissé intimider ni par la pluie de récompenses de son précédent film "Une séparation" (Ours d'or à la Berlinale 2011, et en 2012 : Golden Globe, César et Oscar du meilleur film étranger), ni par le défi d'aller tourner son nouveau film "Le passé" dans un pays qui n'est pas le sien, en France.
Cet iranien de 41 ans qui est parvenu à jouer le jeu de la censure en témoignant entre les lignes de la situation de son pays, transpose son univers de Téhéran à Paris pour son 6e film, sans se fourvoyer dans la barrière de la langue et de la culture.
Le casting est majoritairement français avec un couple d'acteurs tous deux césarisés : Tahar Rahim, découvert dans "Un prophète" de Jacques Audiard à Cannes en 2009, et Bérénice Bejo, qui a brillé dans "The Artist" de son mari Michel Hazanavicius l'an dernier à Cannes. Ahmad (Ali Mosaffa) und Marie (Bérénice Bejo) haben sich vor vier Jahren getrennt und nun reist Ahmad von Teheran nach Paris, um den Scheidungstermin wahrzunehmen. Seine Noch-Ehefrau lebt inzwischen mit Samir (Tahar Rahim) zusammen, dem eine Wäscherei gehört. In Maries und Samirs Haushalt leben auch die jeweiligen Kinder der Partner, die 16-jährige Lucie (Pauline Burlet), deren kleine Schwester Léa (Jeanne Jestin) und Samirs fünf Jahre alter Sohn Fouad (Elyes Aguis).
Besonders der Junge leidet unter dem Verlust seiner Mutter. Darüber hinaus liegt seine Oma (Valeria Cavalli), Samirs Mutter, nach einem Selbstmordversuch im Koma. Die Verhältnisse sind allesamt schwierig, aber Marie macht besonders Lucies Verhalten zu schaffen. Sie gibt vor Samir, den künftigen Ehemann ihrer Mutter, nicht zu mögen und deshalb so selten daheim zu sein. Marie vermutet jedoch, dass mehr dahintersteckt und bittet ihren baldigen Ex-Mann Ahmad herauszufinden, worin die Gründe für Lucies Auftreten liegen.

The Past (film)
The Past (French: Le Passé) is a 2013 French–Italian–Iranian drama film, written and directed by Iranian director Asghar Farhadi and starring Bérénice Bejo, Tahar Rahim and Ali Mosaffa.
The film was nominated for the Palme d'Or award at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival and won the festival's Prize of the Ecumenical Jury. Bejo also won the festival's Best Actress Award. It was shown at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival.
The film was selected as the Iranian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 86th Academy Awards, but it was not nominated. The film was nominated for Best Foreign Language Film at the 71st Golden Globe Awards.
Synopsis
Coming back to finalize his divorce procedure, Ahmad, an Iranian man, arrives in France after four years to meet his (soon-to-be) ex-wife Marie and her daughters from her previous marriage. She is in a relationship with an Arab man named Samir who has a son and whose wife is in a coma. The relationship between Marie and her older daughter, Lucie, is strained because Lucie disapproves of her mother's relationship with Samir.

Bérénice Bejo
Bérénice Bejo (French pronunciation: [be.ʁe.nis be.ʒo]; born 7 July 1976) is a French Argentine actress, who played Christiana in the 2001 film A Knight's Tale and Peppy Miller in the 2011 film The Artist.
Her work in The Artist received a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress and won her the César Award for Best Actress.
Personal life
Bejo was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is the daughter of Argentine filmmaker Miguel Bejo and his wife Silvia, a lawyer. When she was three, her family moved to France, escaping from the Argentine Dirty War.
In 2006, she starred in OSS 117: Cairo, Nest of Spies, where she met director Michel Hazanavicius, whom she later married. They have two children: Lucien and Gloria.
Career
In 2001, Bejo made her American film debut, playing the role of Christiana in A Knight's Tale opposite Heath Ledger. Christiana is a lady-in-waiting to Jocelyn (Shannyn Sossamon).
In 2002, she toured in France with Marie-France Pisier and Guillaume Depardieu.

Tahar Rahim
Tahar Rahim (born 4 July 1981) is a French actor of Algerian descent. He is known for his starring role as Malik El Djebena in the 2009 award-winning French movie A Prophet by Jacques Audiard.
Rahim has demonstrated multilingual skills and an ear for accents, having played in Corsican and Arabic in addition to French in A Prophet, and in Scottish Gaelic for his role as the Seal Prince in Kevin Macdonald's The Eagle.
Early life
Born in Belfort, France, his family is originally from the region of Oran, Algeria.
After earning a Baccalauréat at the Lycée Condorcet of Belfort, he enrolled first in Sports and then Computer Science programs. After two subsequent years of an unmotivated boredom with the subjects in Strasbourg and Marseille, Rahim decided to pursue his passion and began to study film at the Paul Valéry University of Montpellier. His life as a film student was chronicled in a documentary by Cyril Mennegun titled "Tahar, student", aired on French TV channel France 5 in 2006.

Ahmad (Ali Mosaffa) und Marie (Bérénice Bejo) haben sich vor vier Jahren getrennt und nun reist Ahmad von Teheran nach Paris, um den Scheidungstermin wahrzunehmen. Seine Noch-Ehefrau lebt inzwischen mit Samir (Tahar Rahim) zusammen, dem eine Wäscherei gehört. In Maries und Samirs Haushalt leben auch die jeweiligen Kinder der Partner, die 16-jährige Lucie (Pauline Burlet), deren kleine Schwester Léa (Jeanne Jestin) und Samirs fünf Jahre alter Sohn Fouad (Elyes Aguis).
Besonders der Junge leidet unter dem Verlust seiner Mutter. Darüber hinaus liegt seine Oma (Valeria Cavalli), Samirs Mutter, nach einem Selbstmordversuch im Koma. Die Verhältnisse sind allesamt schwierig, aber Marie macht besonders Lucies Verhalten zu schaffen. Asghar Farhadi, ne s'est pas laissé intimider ni par la pluie de récompenses de son précédent film "Une séparation" (Ours d'or à la Berlinale 2011, et en 2012 : Golden Globe, César et Oscar du meilleur film étranger), ni par le défi d'aller tourner son nouveau film "Le passé" dans un pays qui n'est pas le sien, en France.
Cet iranien de 41 ans qui est parvenu à jouer le jeu de la censure en témoignant entre les lignes de la situation de son pays, transpose son univers de Téhéran à Paris pour son 6e film, sans se fourvoyer dans la barrière de la langue et de la culture.
Le casting est majoritairement français avec un couple d'acteurs tous deux césarisés : Tahar Rahim, découvert dans "Un prophète" de Jacques Audiard à Cannes en 2009, et Bérénice Bejo, qui a brillé dans "The Artist" de son mari Michel Hazanavicius l'an dernier à Cannes. Ahmad (Ali Mosaffa) und Marie (Bérénice Bejo) haben sich vor vier Jahren getrennt und nun reist Ahmad von Teheran nach Paris, um den Scheidungstermin wahrzunehmen. Seine Noch-Ehefrau lebt inzwischen mit Samir (Tahar Rahim) zusammen, dem eine Wäscherei gehört. In Maries und Samirs Haushalt leben auch die jeweiligen Kinder der Partner, die 16-jährige Lucie (Pauline Burlet), deren kleine Schwester Léa (Jeanne Jestin) und Samirs fünf Jahre alter Sohn Fouad (Elyes Aguis).
Besonders der Junge leidet unter dem Verlust seiner Mutter. Darüber hinaus liegt seine Oma (Valeria Cavalli), Samirs Mutter, nach einem Selbstmordversuch im Koma. Die Verhältnisse sind allesamt schwierig, aber Marie macht besonders Lucies Verhalten zu schaffen. Sie gibt vor Samir, den künftigen Ehemann ihrer Mutter, nicht zu mögen und deshalb so selten daheim zu sein. Marie vermutet jedoch, dass mehr dahintersteckt und bittet ihren baldigen Ex-Mann Ahmad herauszufinden, worin die Gründe für Lucies Auftreten liegen.

Les voyages dans le passé sont-ils possibles ? Les expériences et les témoignages évoqués dans cette nouvelle émission de Jacques Pradel et Didier van Cauwaleart nous aideront à nous faire un avis sur la question. Autre façon de formuler la question principale de cette émission : Est-ce notre conscience qui a le pouvoir de nous faire remonter le cours du temps ou est-ce la passé qui revient jusqu'à nous ?
Les fantômes du Trianon
C'est l'histoire de deux Anglaises, universitaires qui, à l'occasion d'un séjour à Paris en août 1901, décident d'aller se promener dans le parc du Château de Versailles. Et au cours de cette promenade, elles ressentent soudain comme une présence, des reflets, des miroitements... jusqu'à se retrouver face à face avec des personnages venus du 18ème siècle !
Elles croient à une reconstitution historique
Un homme, au visage vérolé, leur conseille de s'éloigner... Elles croient reconnaître, au loin, une femme très bien vêtue qui ressemble beaucoup à... Marie-Antoinette ! Mais il ne s'agit pas d'une fête costumée ni d'une reconstitution historique. Elles auraient franchi une frontière temporelle; le passé serait revenu à elles. De retour en Angleterre, à Oxford, elles font des recherches qui les amènent à conclure qu'elles ont revécu une scène de la Révolution Française : ce jour-là, ce n'était pas le 10 août 1901 mais le 10 août... 1792 !
La suite de cette histoire et le mystère des voyages dans le passé à découvrir dans cette émission des Aventuriers de l'Impossible.
Invité : Jean-Francois Farion, restaurateur d’objets d’art. Il donne aussi des cours de développement de nos facultés parapsychiques.
