I'm not gonna sugar-coat it - the karting experience here sucks. The Marietta location of Andretti Indoor Karting & Games has top-of-the-line Sodi RTX electric karts which they have chosen to govern down to what other tracks would consider their junior/youth speed. They even advertise "speeds up to 35 mph" on their website, but I can guarantee you that it's not even hitting 30, but hovers around the 25-27 mph mark. On top of that, their "advanced" track in this video is anything but. I was disappointed again when I found out that they don't do refunds, considering I bought two races expecting an experience similar to their Roswell location. Truthfully, I would highly recommend coming to this place for everything BUT the karting because Andretti's knows how to do family entertainment and the staff is excellent; just stay away from the over-priced karting unless you're out there with your kids or you simply have money to blow that you don't care about.

Marietta is located in central Cobb County, Georgia, United States, and is the county's seat and largest city.
As of the 2010 census, the city had a total population of 56,579. The 2013 estimate is 59,089, making it one of the Atlanta metropolitan area's largest suburbs. Marietta is the fourth largest of the principal cities (by population) of the Atlanta metropolitan statistical area.
History
Etymology
The origin of the name is uncertain. It is believed that the city was named for Mary Cobb, the wife of U.S. Senator and Superior Court judge Thomas Willis Cobb. Judge Cobb is the namesake of the county.
Early settlers
Homes were built by early settlers near the Cherokee town of Big Shanty (now Kennesaw) prior to 1824. The first plat was laid out in 1833. Like most towns, Marietta had a square in the center with a courthouse. The Georgia General Assembly legally recognized the community on December 19, 1834.
Built in 1838, Oakton House is the oldest continuously occupied residence in Marietta. The original barn, milk house, smokehouse, and wellhouse remain on the property. The spectacular gardens contain the boxwood parterre from the 1870s. Oakton served as Major General Loring's headquarters during the Battle of Kennesaw Mountain in 1864.

No part of East Cobb technically falls within incorporated city limits. East Cobb consists primarily of unincorporated areas near Marietta, and a significant portion of unincorporated area near Roswell, as defined by United States Postal Service ZIP codes (though Roswell itself was in Cobb until 1932). A small sliver of an unincorporated area near Atlanta is in the extreme southern tip near Vinings, and a portion of the northwest is in an unincorporated area near Kennesaw (30144). ZIP codes that are associated with this area are (30144), (30188), (30062), (30066), (30067), (30068), and some of (30075).

I'm not gonna sugar-coat it - the karting experience here sucks. The Marietta location of Andretti Indoor Karting & Games has top-of-the-line Sodi RTX electric karts which they have chosen to govern down to what other tracks would consider their junior/youth speed. They even advertise "speeds up to 35 mph" on their website, but I can guarantee you that it's not even hitting 30, but hovers around the 25-27 mph mark. On top of that, their "advanced" track in this video is anything but. I was disappointed again when I found out that they don't do refunds, considering I bought two races expecting an experience similar to their Roswell location. Truthfully, I would highly recommend coming to this place for everything BUT the karting because Andretti's knows how to do family entertainment and the staff is excellent; just stay away from the over-priced karting unless you're out there with your kids or you simply have money to blow that you don't care about.
