More than 1,700 people have signed an on-line petition asking the city to install cameras and lighting around Thunder Bay, Ont. waterways. The Nishnawbe Aski Nation Oshkaatisak Council is also circulating a petition calling for more cameras and lighting in high risk areas of the city. More
