It also won an award for its TV broadcast journalism.

BERT CANNINGS AWARD — BEST TV NEWSCAST SMALL MARKET: Northbeat, CBC North
CBC North won seven awards at the regional RTDNA ceremony for the prairie region in April.
Overall, CBC News won 44 awards at national awards ceremony honouring national and regional work in TV, web and radio.
