Equality Rights Alliance (ERA) is a network of non government and not for profit organisations and social enterprises coming together to advocate for women’s rights and gender equality. ERA maintains a focus on gender equality, women’s leadership and women’s diversity, including bringing young women’s voices to policy and decision making.
To advance gender equality ERA adopts a human rights framework and advocates for adherence to international human rights principles.
