The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department (警視庁 Keishichō) serves as the police force of the Tokyo metropolis. Founded in 1874, it is headed by a Superintendent-General, who is appointed by the National Public Safety Commission, and approved by the Prime Minister.
The Metropolitan Police, with a staff of more than 43,000 police officers and over 2,800 civilian personnel, manages 102 stations in the prefecture.
The main building of the Keishicho is located in the Kasumigaseki part of central Tokyo. Built in 1980, it is 18 stories tall, a large wedge-shaped building with a cylindrical tower, it is easily seen from the street and a well-known landmark.
The Metropolitan Police Department is under the command of a Superintendent-General and reports directly to the Tokyo Metropolitan Public Safety Commission.
The MPD commands the following bureaus:
A baton or truncheon (also called a cosh, billystick, billy club, nightstick, sap, blackjack, stick) is essentially a club of less than arm's length made of wood, rubber, plastic or metal. They are carried for forced compliance and self-defense by law-enforcement officers, correctional staff, security-industry employees and (less often) military personnel. Other uses for truncheons and batons include crowd control or the dispersal of belligerent or non-compliant people.
A truncheon or baton may be used to strike, jab, block, bludgeon and aid in the application of armlocks. The usual striking or bludgeoning action is not produced by a simple and direct hit, as with an ordinary blunt object, but rather by bringing the arm down sharply while allowing the truncheon to pivot nearly freely forward and downward, so moving its tip much faster than its handle – effectively a slingshot action, only without releasing. Sometimes, they also are employed as weapons by criminals and other law-breakers because of their easy concealment. As a consequence, they are illegal for non-authorized civilian use in many jurisdictions around the world. They have a common role to play, too, in the rescuing of trapped individuals—for instance, people caught in blazing cars or buildings—by smashing windows or even doors.
Al Shorta Sports Club (Police Sports Club, Arabic: نادي الشرطة الرياضي) is an Iraqi multi-sport club based in Rusafa District, East Districts of the Tigris River, Baghdad. The oldest and best known section of the club is its football team. They are widely regarded as Iraq's best team and they are one of only two Iraqi teams to ever win any major international club competition (the other being Al-Rasheed), having won the Arab Champions League in 1982. They have won ten League of the Institutes and Iraqi Premier League titles, and most recently won the league in both the 2012–13 and 2013–14 seasons.
The club are one of five teams in Iraqi League history to go an entire league season unbeaten, achieving this monumental feat in the 1980–81 season and have won a joint record three Umm Al Ma'arak (mother of all battles) Cups (in 2000, 2001 and 2002).
Al Shorta were founded in 1932 under the name Montakhab Al Shorta and are the third-oldest football club in the country. The club was separated into a number of different teams in the 1960s and early 1970s, before merging back into one single team in 1974. In 1971, one of these teams (Aliyat Al Shorta) reached the final of the Asian Champions Cup (now known as the AFC Champions League) but refused to play the final against Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv. Despite this, the club has won a number of trophies outside of Iraq such as the President's Gold Cup and Arab Police Championship.
Tokyo Police Club is an indie rock band from Newmarket, Ontario, Canada. It consists of vocalist and bassist David Monks (born January 21, 1987),keyboardist Graham Wright (born February 16, 1987),guitarist Josh Hook (born May 11, 1987), and drummer Greg Alsop (born March 21, 1985).
Tokyo Police Club formed in 2005 while playing for fun in a basement after the four had disbanded from a previous group called Suburbia. The band started to gain attention and played some small shows throughout the Toronto area. Tokyo Police Club were asked to play in the Pop Montreal festival, and soon after they signed with Toronto label Paper Bag Records; Monks and Alsop dropped out of college to become professional musicians.
Since their formation the band has appeared in numerous festivals. In 2006 they appeared at Edgefest and the inaugural Osheaga Festival; however, could not play that year due to other conflicts. In 2007, they performed at Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bumbershoot, the Glastonbury Festival, and the Reading and Leeds Festival. In 2008 the band played the Roskilde Festival, the Rock am Ring-Festival, and Street Scene. In 2010, the band played the Bonnaroo Music Festival. They also played at San Francisco's 2010 Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival.
Tokyo (東京, Tōkyō, "Eastern Capital") (Japanese: [toːkjoː], English /ˈtoʊki.oʊ/), officially Tokyo Metropolis (東京都, Tōkyō-to), is one of the 47 prefectures of Japan, and is both the capital and largest city of Japan. The Greater Tokyo Area is the most populous metropolitan area in the world. It is the seat of the Emperor of Japan and the Japanese government. Tokyo is in the Kantō region on the southeastern side of the main island Honshu and includes the Izu Islands and Ogasawara Islands. Formerly known as Edo, it has been the de facto seat of government since 1603 when Shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu made the city his headquarters. It officially became the capital after Emperor Meiji moved his seat to the city from the old capital of Kyoto in 1868; at that time Edo was renamed Tokyo. Tokyo Metropolis was formed in 1943 from the merger of the former Tokyo Prefecture (東京府, Tōkyō-fu) and the city of Tokyo (東京市, Tōkyō-shi).

"Uyoku dantai" are Japanese nationalist right-wing groups of which there are over 1,000 in Japan with about 100,000 members in total. Well known for their black propaganda vans, they are often seen driving around staging protests with their loudspeakers outside the Chinese, Korean, and Russian embassies demanding ownership of the Senkaku and Kuril Islands to name a few. We caught up with Masaya Kudo, a Right-Wing activist and leader of his own group, "Nihon-no-Kai" as he explained his philosophies and concerns regarding the Right-Wing movement today and their ties to the Yakuza. Night Stalkers (2005): Every year, thousands of Western girls head for Tokyo, where they're easy prey for rich Japanese men. Killers like cannibal Issei Sagawa or Joji Obara target mainly foreigners. For downloads and more information visit http://journeyman.tv/18555/short-films/night-stalkers.html "I really wanted to eat her. She looked very delicious," confides Japan's most notorious cannibal, Issei Sagawa. Twenty years ago, he murdered and ate a French student. Protected by his wealthy father, he escaped prison and regularly trawls the bars of Tokyo. The murder of British hostess Lucy Blackman revealed just how dangerous working in Tokyo can be. Leading suspect, Joji Obara, filmed himself drugging and raping more than 150 girls. Worryingly, he's not the only rapist targeting foreign...

into the sea,
now they will beat forever,
with the bodies of their enemies,
cause they threw their hearts,

with the bodies of their enemies,
ive been told,
that the worlds greatest heist will unfold,
when the clock strikes 12 and it tolls,
this time dont stand a chance,
in my room,
and the father is at the door,
his heir and the next crimelord,
my hands long to be held,
