Veteran British filmmaker Philip Saville directs the religious epic The Gospel of John| a production of the Canadian company Visual Bible International. This three-hour drama attempts to accurately follow the Gospel According to John| written sometime during the first century. The gospel contains four segments: an introduction to the nature of Jesus Christ; testimony by disciples and the presence of miracles; the Last Supper and crucifixion; and the appearance of the risen Christ. Henry Ian Cusick plays Jesus and Christopher Plummer provides voice-over narration. The Gospel of John was shown in a special presentation at the 2003 Toronto Film Festival.

The Gospel of John was written two generations after the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
It is set in a time when the Roman Empire controlled Jerusalem.
Although crucifixion was the preferred Roman method of punishment, it was not one sanctioned by Jewish law.

St. John, Apostle and Evangelist
St. John the Apostle, the son of Zebedee and Salome, was one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus. John was called to be an Apostle by our Lord in the first year of His public ministry. He is considered the same person as John the Evangelist, John of Patmos and the Beloved Disciple. John's older brother was St. James the Great, another one of Jesus' Twelve Apostles. Jesus referred to the brothers as "Boanerges," meaning "sons of thunder." John is believed to be the longest living apostle and the only not to die a martyr's death.
John, along with Peter and James, were the only witnesses of the raising of Daughter of Jairus, and the closest witnesses to the Agony in Gethsemane. John was the one who reported to Jesus they had "'forbidden' a non-disciple from casting out demons in Jesus' name." This prompted Jesus to state, "he who is not against us is on our side."
John and Peter were the only two apostles sent by Jesus to make preparations for the final Passover meal, the Last Supper. During the meal, St. John sat next to Jesus, leaning on him rather than lying along the couches.
John was the only one of the Twelve Apostles who did not forsake the Savior in the hour of His Passion. He stood faithfully at the cross when the Savior made him the guardian of His Mother.
After the Assumption of Mary, John went to Ephesus, according to Church tradition. He later became banished by the Roman authorities to the Greek Island of Patmos; this is where he allegedly wrote the Book of Revelation. It is said John was banished in the late 1st century, during the reign of the Emperor Domitian, after being plunged into boiling oil in Rome and suffering no injuries. It is also said that all those who witnessed the miracle in the Colosseum were converted to Christianity. Emperor Domitian was known for his persecution of Christians.
John is known as the author of the Gospel of John and four other books in the New Testament - the three Epistles of John and the Book of Revelation. The authorship of the Gospel is credited to the "disciple whom Jesus loved," and John 21:24 claims the Gospel of John is based on the "Beloved Disciple's" testimony. However, the true authorship has been debated on since 200. In his Eclesiastical History, Eusebius states the First Epistle of John and the Gospel of John are agreed upon as John's. Eusebius continues to state the second and third epistles of John are not John the Apostle's.
In the Gospel of John, the phrase "the disciple whom Jesus loved," or "the Beloved Disciple" is used five times, but is not used in any other New Testament accounts of Jesus.
St. John is called the Apostle of Charity, a virtue he had learned from his Divine Master, and which he constantly inculcated by word and example. The "beloved disciple" died in Ephesus after AD 98, where a stately church was erected over his tomb. It was afterwards converted into a Mohammedan mosque.
St. John is the patron saint of love, loyalty, friendships, and authors. He is often depicted in art as the author of the Gospel with an eagle, symbolizing "the height he rose to in his gospel." In other icons, he is shown looking up into heaven and dictating his Gospel to his disciple.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints teaches that St. John was given the promise of immortality from Jesus. It also teaches that in 1829, John was also resurrected, along with Peter and James, and "restored the priesthood authority with Apolistic succession to earth," according to the Doctrine and Covenants 27:12.
St. John, Apostle and Evangelist's feast day is celebrated on December 27.

The book of Revelation is written by John the last Apostle of Jesus Christ. Revelation is a coded book. This is the first video that will show you the true interpretation of many coded and prophetic verses in the book of Revelation.
John received all the visions written in Revelation when he was still living in exile in the island of Patmos on 95-96 CE (AD). One Sabbath Day, Jesus came to show him what will take place from that time until the end of time that we are living now. The visions even showed him what had happened since the birth of Jesus Christ.
Jesus is the Lion of Judah besides being the Lamb of God.

Israel and Judah are still living in captivity in the land of Israel and in the Diaspora. The good news of Jesus Christ is about the Kingdom of God in Israel. Christianity is a pagan religion based on the personality of Jesus and the wrong interpretation of the letters of Paul the Apostle. Even the Christian people are living in captivity.
Free yourself. Study the true teachings of Jesus Christ in the gospel and in the book of Revelation. Only those that teach the Torah shall become great in the Kingdom of God.
Understand this very well --- Messianic Judaism is only the Hebrew version of the Christian religion. It is not really Jewish and the Messianics are not keeping the Torah. They have a very ridiculous concept of Torah observance or Torah living. Their form of One God Worship is actually a Trinity worship as well --- Oneness in three persona or three hypostases, whatever.
Remember the Torah, with all its statutes, ordinances, laws, commandments and judgments (Malachi 4:4). Blessed are they that do his 613 commandments that they may have right to receive eternal life, and may enter in through the gates into the city of New Jerusalem. Those who will not enter the Holy City of New Jerusalem are the Christians, and witches, and pimps, and murderers, and Catholics, and lawyers, and homosexuals, and lesbians and liars (Revelation 22:14-15, TNJ Version).
Jesus is a Jew and like all the Jews, He wears prayer shawl when He comes to worship on Sabbath Day. Richard Harris played the role of John the Beloved in this video.

I have been doing some deep thinking lately on life, my purpose within this world, my friends, my family, and on GOD. We all get stuck and question our intentions, our goals, and our pursuits. Sometimes it takes tragedy (A Re-Boot) to stop and ponder on our lives. No matter what we say or don't say to those around us; our emotions are constantly reflecting (keeping us in check) how we feel about ourselves. Although life is a journey to be experienced, my foundation is built on my faith: a faith in God, a belief in my bible, and the teachings of love (to be shown to all those around me). I am truly inspired by my top 15 bible individuals who took their FAITH to another level which I pray that no one would ever know or experience. I see the news about Christian's in the middle east, I listen to our US news, and pray for the end of persecution and hate. Be a believer and live by faith.
So here is my list...
1. Matthew
Suffered martyrdom in Ethiopia, Killed by a sword wound.
2. Mark (not an apostle,but one of the first missionaries)
Died in Alexandria, Egypt , after being dragged by Horses through the streets until he was dead.
3. Luke ( not an apostle, but was Paul’s doctor)
Was hanged in Greece as a result of his tremendous Preaching to the lost.
4. John
Faced martyrdom when he was boiled in huge Basin of boiling oil during a wave of persecution In Rome. However, he was miraculously delivered From death. John was then sentenced to the mines on the prison Island of Patmos. He wrote his prophetic Book of Revelation on Patmos . The apostle John was later freed and returned to serve As Bishop of Edessa in modern Turkey . He died as an old man, the only apostle to die peacefully
5. Peter
He was crucified upside down on an x-shaped cross.
According to church tradition it was because he told his tormentors that he felt unworthy to die In the same way that Jesus Christ had died.
6. James
The leader of the church in Jerusalem , was thrown over a hundred feet down from the southeast pinnacle of the Temple when he refused to deny his faith in Christ. When they discovered that he survived the fall, his enemies beat James to death with a fuller’s club. * This was the same pinnacle where Satan had taken Jesus during the Temptation.
7. James the Son of Zebedee
was a fisherman by trade when Jesus Called him to a lifetime of ministry. As a strong leader of the church, James was ultimately beheaded at Jerusalem. The Roman officer who guarded James watched amazed as James defended his faith at his trial. Later, the officer Walked beside James to the place of execution. Overcome by conviction, he declared his new faith to the judge and Knelt beside James to accept beheading as a Christian.
8. Bartholomew
Also known as Nathaniel Was a missionary to Asia. He witnessed for our Lord in present day Turkey. Bartholomew was martyred for his preaching in Armenia where he was flayed to death by a whip.
9. Andrew
Was crucified on an x-shaped cross in Patras, Greece. After being whipped severely by seven soldiers they tied his body to the cross with cords to prolong his agony. His followers reported that, when he was led toward the cross, Andrew saluted it in these words: ‘I have long desired and expected this happy hour. The cross has been consecrated by the body of Christ hanging on it.’ He continued to preach to his tormentors For two days until he expired.
10. Thomas
Was stabbed with a spear in India during one of his missionary trips to establish the church in the Sub-continent.
11. Jude
Was killed with arrows when he refused to deny his faith in Christ.
12. Matthias
The apostle chosen to replace the traitor Judas Iscariot, was stoned and then beheaded.
13. Paul
Was tortured and then beheaded by the evil Emperor Nero at Rome in A.D. 67. Paul endured a lengthy imprisonment, which allowed him to write his many epistles to the churches he had formed throughout the Roman Empire. These letters, which taught many of the foundational Doctrines of Christianity, form a large portion of the New Testament.
14. Simon the Zealot
Simon was traditionally martyred by being sawn in half.
15. Philip
Philip evangelized in Phrygia where hostile Jews had him tortured and then crucified upside down. Some sources have him being stoned
Perhaps this is a reminder to us that our sufferings here are indeed minor compared to the intense persecution and cold cruelty faced by the apostles and disciples during their times For the sake of the Faith. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: But he that endureth to the end shall be saved. Pass on to encourage other Christians.

John the Apostle
John the Apostle (Aramaic: ܝܘܚܢܢ ܫܠܝܚܐ Yohanan Shliha; Hebrew: יוחנן בן זבדי Yohanan Ben Zavdai; Koine Greek: Ἰωάννης; Latin: Ioannes; c. AD 6 – c. 106) was one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus according to the New Testament. He was the son of Zebedee and Salome. His brother was James, who was another of the Twelve Apostles. Christian tradition holds that he outlived the remaining apostles and that he was the only one not to die a martyr's death (excluding Judas Iscariot who died by suicide). The Church Fathers considered him the same person as John the Evangelist, John of Patmos, and the Beloved Disciple, although modern theologians and scholars have not formed a consensus on the relative identities of these mean. The tradition of some Christian denominations holds that John the Apostle is the author of several books of the New Testament.
New Testament author
Church tradition holds that John is the author of the Gospel of John and four other books of the New Testament — the three Epistles of John and the Book of Revelation. In the Gospel, authorship is internally credited to the "disciple whom Jesus loved" (ὁ μαθητὴς ὃν ἠγάπα ὁ Ἰησοῦς, o mathētēs on ēgapa o Iēsous) in John 20:2. John 21:24 claims that the Gospel of John is based on the written testimony of the "Beloved Disciple". The authorship of some Johannine literature has been debated since about the year 200. Some doubt that the "Gospel of John" was written by an individual named "John" (Ἰωάννης or יוחנן). Nevertheless, the notion of "John the Evangelist" exists, and is usually thought of as the same as the Apostle John.

The Apostle
The Apostle is a 1997 American drama film written and directed by Robert Duvall, who stars in the title role. John Beasley, Farrah Fawcett, Billy Bob Thornton, June Carter Cash, Miranda Richardson and Billy Joe Shaver also appear. It was filmed on location in and around Saint Martinville and Des Allemands, Louisiana with some establishing shots done in the Dallas, Texas area by a second unit before principal photography began.
The film was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 1998 Cannes Film Festival. For his performance, Duvall was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor.
Plot
Sonny (Duvall) is a charismatic Pentecostal preacher. His wife Jessie (Fawcett) has begun an adulterous relationship with a youth minister named Horace. She refuses Sonny's desire to reconcile, although she assures him that she will not interfere with his right to see his children. She has also conspired to use their church's bylaws to have him removed from power. Sonny asks God what to do but receives no answer. Much of the congregation sides with Jessie in this dispute. Sonny, however, refuses to start a new church, insisting that the one which forced him out was "his" church. At his child's Little League game, Sonny, in an emotional fit, attacks Horace with a bat and puts him into a coma. Horace later dies.

Jesus
Jesus (/ˈdʒiːzəs/; Greek: Ἰησοῦς Iesous; 7–2 BC to AD 30–33), also referred to as Jesus of Nazareth or Jesus Christ, is the central figure of Christianity, whom the teachings of most Christian denominations hold to be the Son of God. Veteran British filmmaker Philip Saville directs the religious epic The Gospel of John| a production of the Canadian company Visual Bible International. This three-hour drama attempts to accurately follow the Gospel According to John| written sometime during the first century. The gospel contains four segments: an introduction to the nature of Jesus Christ; testimony by disciples and the presence of miracles; the Last Supper and crucifixion; and the appearance of the risen Christ. Henry Ian Cusick plays Jesus and Christopher Plummer provides voice-over narration. The Gospel of John was shown in a special presentation at the 2003 Toronto Film Festival. ------------------------------------------------- The Gospel of John was written two generations after the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. It is set in a time when the Roman Empire controlled Jerusalem. Although crucifixion was the preferred Roman method of punishment, it was not one sanctioned by Jewish law. St. John, Apostle and Evangelist St. John the Apostle, the son of Zebedee and Salome, was one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus. John was called to be an Apostle by our Lord in the first year of His public ministry. He is considered the same person as John the Evangelist, John of Patmos and the Beloved Disciple. John's older brother was St. James the Great, another one of Jesus' Twelve Apostles. Jesus referred to the brothers as "Boanerges," meaning "sons of thunder." John is believed to be the longest living apostle and the only not to die a martyr's death. John, along with Peter and James, were the only witnesses of the raising of Daughter of Jairus, and the closest witnesses to the Agony in Gethsemane. John was the one who reported to Jesus they had "'forbidden' a non-disciple from casting out demons in Jesus' name." This prompted Jesus to state, "he who is not against us is on our side." John and Peter were the only two apostles sent by Jesus to make preparations for the final Passover meal, the Last Supper. During the meal, St. John sat next to Jesus, leaning on him rather than lying along the couches. John was the only one of the Twelve Apostles who did not forsake the Savior in the hour of His Passion. He stood faithfully at the cross when the Savior made him the guardian of His Mother. After the Assumption of Mary, John went to Ephesus, according to Church tradition. He later became banished by the Roman authorities to the Greek Island of Patmos; this is where he allegedly wrote the Book of Revelation. It is said John was banished in the late 1st century, during the reign of the Emperor Domitian, after being plunged into boiling oil in Rome and suffering no injuries. It is also said that all those who witnessed the miracle in the Colosseum were converted to Christianity. Emperor Domitian was known for his persecution of Christians. John is known as the author of the Gospel of John and four other books in the New Testament - the three Epistles of John and the Book of Revelation. The authorship of the Gospel is credited to the "disciple whom Jesus loved," and John 21:24 claims the Gospel of John is based on the "Beloved Disciple's" testimony. However, the true authorship has been debated on since 200. In his Eclesiastical History, Eusebius states the First Epistle of John and the Gospel of John are agreed upon as John's. Eusebius continues to state the second and third epistles of John are not John the Apostle's. In the Gospel of John, the phrase "the disciple whom Jesus loved," or "the Beloved Disciple" is used five times, but is not used in any other New Testament accounts of Jesus. St. John is called the Apostle of Charity, a virtue he had learned from his Divine Master, and which he constantly inculcated by word and example. The "beloved disciple" died in Ephesus after AD 98, where a stately church was erected over his tomb. It was afterwards converted into a Mohammedan mosque. St. John is the patron saint of love, loyalty, friendships, and authors. He is often depicted in art as the author of the Gospel with an eagle, symbolizing "the height he rose to in his gospel." In other icons, he is shown looking up into heaven and dictating his Gospel to his disciple. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints teaches that St. John was given the promise of immortality from Jesus. It also teaches that in 1829, John was also resurrected, along with Peter and James, and "restored the priesthood authority with Apolistic succession to earth," according to the Doctrine and Covenants 27:12. The book of Revelation is written by John the last Apostle of Jesus Christ. Revelation is a coded book. This is the first video that will show you the true interpretation of many coded and prophetic verses in the book of Revelation. John received all the visions written in Revelation when he was still living in exile in the island of Patmos on 95-96 CE (AD). One Sabbath Day, Jesus came to show him what will take place from that time until the end of time that we are living now. The visions even showed him what had happened since the birth of Jesus Christ. Jesus is the Lion of Judah besides being the Lamb of God. The good news of Jesus Christ is about the Kingdom of God in Israel. It will be coming very soon, much sooner that you think. The true believers and followers of Jesus Christ are Jewish not Christian. Christianity is a pagan religion based on the personality of Jesus and the wrong interpretation of the letters of Paul the Apostle. Even the Christian people are living in captivity. Free yourself. Study the true teachings of Jesus Christ in the gospel and in the book of Revelation. Only those that teach the Torah shall become great in the Kingdom of God. Understand this very well --- Messianic Judaism is only the Hebrew version of the Christian religion. It is not really Jewish and the Messianics are not keeping the Torah. They have a very ridiculous concept of Torah observance or Torah living. Their form of One God Worship is actually a Trinity worship as well --- Oneness in three persona or three hypostases, whatever. Remember the Torah, with all its statutes, ordinances, laws, commandments and judgments (Malachi 4:4). Blessed are they that do his 613 commandments that they may have right to receive eternal life, and may enter in through the gates into the city of New Jerusalem. Those who will not enter the Holy City of New Jerusalem are the Christians, and witches, and pimps, and murderers, and Catholics, and lawyers, and homosexuals, and lesbians and liars (Revelation 22:14-15, TNJ Version). Jesus is a Jew and like all the Jews, He wears prayer shawl when He comes to worship on Sabbath Day. Richard Harris played the role of John the Beloved in this video. -

I have been doing some deep thinking lately on life, my purpose within this world, my friends, my family, and on GOD. We all get stuck and question our intentions, our goals, and our pursuits. Sometimes it takes tragedy (A Re-Boot) to stop and ponder on our lives. No matter what we say or don't say to those around us; our emotions are constantly reflecting (keeping us in check) how we feel about ourselves. Although life is a journey to be experienced, my foundation is built on my faith: a faith in God, a belief in my bible, and the teachings of love (to be shown to all those around me). I am truly inspired by my top 15 bible individuals who took their FAITH to another level which I pray that no one would ever know or experience. I see the news about Christian's in the middle east, I listen to our US news, and pray for the end of persecution and hate. Be a believer and live by faith. So here is my list... 1. Matthew Suffered martyrdom in Ethiopia, Killed by a sword wound. 2. Mark (not an apostle,but one of the first missionaries) Died in Alexandria, Egypt , after being dragged by Horses through the streets until he was dead. 3. Luke ( not an apostle, but was Paul’s doctor) Was hanged in Greece as a result of his tremendous Preaching to the lost. 4. John Faced martyrdom when he was boiled in huge Basin of boiling oil during a wave of persecution In Rome. However, he was miraculously delivered From death. John was then sentenced to the mines on the prison Island of Patmos. He wrote his prophetic Book of Revelation on Patmos . The apostle John was later freed and returned to serve As Bishop of Edessa in modern Turkey . He died as an old man, the only apostle to die peacefully 5. Peter He was crucified upside down on an x-shaped cross. According to church tradition it was because he told his tormentors that he felt unworthy to die In the same way that Jesus Christ had died. 6. James The leader of the church in Jerusalem , was thrown over a hundred feet down from the southeast pinnacle of the Temple when he refused to deny his faith in Christ. When they discovered that he survived the fall, his enemies beat James to death with a fuller’s club. * This was the same pinnacle where Satan had taken Jesus during the Temptation. 7. James the Son of Zebedee was a fisherman by trade when Jesus Called him to a lifetime of ministry. As a strong leader of the church, James was ultimately beheaded at Jerusalem. The Roman officer who guarded James watched amazed as James defended his faith at his trial. Later, the officer Walked beside James to the place of execution. Overcome by conviction, he declared his new faith to the judge and Knelt beside James to accept beheading as a Christian. 8. Bartholomew Also known as Nathaniel Was a missionary to Asia. He witnessed for our Lord in present day Turkey. Bartholomew was martyred for his preaching in Armenia where he was flayed to death by a whip. 9. Andrew Was crucified on an x-shaped cross in Patras, Greece. After being whipped severely by seven soldiers they tied his body to the cross with cords to prolong his agony. His followers reported that, when he was led toward the cross, Andrew saluted it in these words: ‘I have long desired and expected this happy hour. The cross has been consecrated by the body of Christ hanging on it.’ He continued to preach to his tormentors For two days until he expired. 10. Thomas Was stabbed with a spear in India during one of his missionary trips to establish the church in the Sub-continent. 11. Jude Was killed with arrows when he refused to deny his faith in Christ. 12. Matthias The apostle chosen to replace the traitor Judas Iscariot, was stoned and then beheaded. 13. Paul Was tortured and then beheaded by the evil Emperor Nero at Rome in A.D. 67. Paul endured a lengthy imprisonment, which allowed him to write his many epistles to the churches he had formed throughout the Roman Empire. These letters, which taught many of the foundational Doctrines of Christianity, form a large portion of the New Testament. 14. Simon the Zealot Simon was traditionally martyred by being sawn in half. 15. Philip Philip evangelized in Phrygia where hostile Jews had him tortured and then crucified upside down. Some sources have him being stoned Perhaps this is a reminder to us that our sufferings here are indeed minor compared to the intense persecution and cold cruelty faced by the apostles and disciples during their times For the sake of the Faith. Innocence is not permitted to be victimized by the lust of the flesh as the quiet little voice of conscience, aroused by the proximity of the man of sorrows, averts a tragedy. The "Thirteen Club," a social organization devoting its energies to the promulgation of higher ideals, is unwittingly the guest of a stranger, who turns out to be Christ. As they gather at the banquet table to discuss their experiences they dissolve into Christ and the Apostles at the Last Supper, after a renowned painting by the celebrated Leonardo da Vinci. The picture concludes with the gathering at the Sea of Galilee, where Christ is seen walking on the water.

The book of Revelation is written by John the last Apostle of Jesus Christ. Revelation is a coded book. This is the first video that will show you the true interpretation of many coded and prophetic verses in the book of Revelation. John received all the visions written in Revelation when he was still living in exile in the island of Patmos on 95-96 CE (AD). One Sabbath Day, Jesus came to show him what will take place from that time until the end of time that we are living now. I have been doing some deep thinking lately on life, my purpose within this world, my friends, my family, and on GOD. We all get stuck and question our intentions, our goals, and our pursuits. Sometimes it takes tragedy (A Re-Boot) to stop and ponder on our lives. No matter what we say or don't say to those around us; our emotions are constantly reflecting (keeping us in check) how we feel about ourselves. John and Peter were the only two apostles sent by Jesus to make preparations for the final Passover meal, the Last Supper. During the meal, St. John sat next to Jesus, leaning on him rather than lying along the couches.
John was the only one of the Twelve Apostles who did not forsake the Savior in the hour of His Passion. He stood faithfully at the cross when the Savior made him the guardian of His Mother.
After the Assumption of Mary, John went to Ephesus, according to Church tradition. He later became banished by the Roman authorities to the Greek Island of Patmos; this is where he allegedly wrote the Book of Revelation. It is said John was banished in the late 1st century, during the reign of the Emperor Domitian, after being plunged into boiling oil in Rome and suffering no injuries. It is also said that all those who witnessed the miracle in the Colosseum were converted to Christianity. Emperor Domitian was known for his persecution of Christians.
John is known as the author of the Gospel of John and four other books in the New Testament - the three Epistles of John and the Book of Revelation. The authorship of the Gospel is credited to the "disciple whom Jesus loved," and John 21:24 claims the Gospel of John is based on the "Beloved Disciple's" testimony. However, the true authorship has been debated on since 200. In his Eclesiastical History, Eusebius states the First Epistle of John and the Gospel of John are agreed upon as John's. Eusebius continues to state the second and third epistles of John are not John the Apostle's.
In the Gospel of John, the phrase "the disciple whom Jesus loved," or "the Beloved Disciple" is used five times, but is not used in any other New Testament accounts of Jesus.
St. John is called the Apostle of Charity, a virtue he had learned from his Divine Master, and which he constantly inculcated by word and example. The "beloved disciple" died in Ephesus after AD 98, where a stately church was erected over his tomb. It was afterwards converted into a Mohammedan mosque.
St. John is the patron saint of love, loyalty, friendships, and authors. He is often depicted in art as the author of the Gospel with an eagle, symbolizing "the height he rose to in his gospel." In other icons, he is shown looking up into heaven and dictating his Gospel to his disciple.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints teaches that St. John was given the promise of immortality from Jesus. It also teaches that in 1829, John was also resurrected, along with Peter and James, and "restored the priesthood authority with Apolistic succession to earth," according to the Doctrine and Covenants 27:12.
St. John, Apostle and Evangelist's feast day is celebrated on December 27.

The book of Revelation is written by John the last Apostle of Jesus Christ. Revelation is a coded book. This is the first video that will show you the true interpretation of many coded and prophetic verses in the book of Revelation.
John received all the visions written in Revelation when he was still living in exile in the island of Patmos on 95-96 CE (AD). One Sabbath Day, Jesus came to show him what will take place from that time until the end of time that we are living now. The visions even showed him what had happened since the birth of Jesus Christ.
Jesus is the Lion of Judah besides being the Lamb of God.

Israel and Judah are still living in captivity in the land of Israel and in the Diaspora. The good news of Jesus Christ is about the Kingdom of God in Israel. It will be coming very soon, much sooner that you think. The true believers and followers of Jesus Christ are Jewish not Christian. Christianity is a pagan religion based on the personality of Jesus and the wrong interpretation of the letters of Paul the Apostle. Even the Christian people are living in captivity.
Free yourself. Study the true teachings of Jesus Christ in the gospel and in the book of Revelation. Only those that teach the Torah shall become great in the Kingdom of God.
Understand this very well --- Messianic Judaism is only the Hebrew version of the Christian religion. It is not really Jewish and the Messianics are not keeping the Torah. They have a very ridiculous concept of Torah observance or Torah living. Their form of One God Worship is actually a Trinity worship as well --- Oneness in three persona or three hypostases, whatever.
Remember the Torah, with all its statutes, ordinances, laws, commandments and judgments (Malachi 4:4). Blessed are they that do his 613 commandments that they may have right to receive eternal life, and may enter in through the gates into the city of New Jerusalem. Those who will not enter the Holy City of New Jerusalem are the Christians, and witches, and pimps, and murderers, and Catholics, and lawyers, and homosexuals, and lesbians and liars (Revelation 22:14-15, TNJ Version).

I have been doing some deep thinking lately on life, my purpose within this world, my friends, my family, and on GOD. We all get stuck and question our intentio...
I have been doing some deep thinking lately on life, my purpose within this world, my friends, my family, and on GOD. We all get stuck and question our intentions, our goals, and our pursuits. Sometimes it takes tragedy (A Re-Boot) to stop and ponder on our lives. No matter what we say or don't say to those around us; our emotions are constantly reflecting (keeping us in check) how we feel about ourselves. Although life is a journey to be experienced, my foundation is built on my faith: a faith in God, a belief in my bible, and the teachings of love (to be shown to all those around me). I am truly inspired by my top 15 bible individuals who took their FAITH to another level which I pray that no one would ever know or experience. I see the news about Christian's in the middle east, I listen to our US news, and pray for the end of persecution and hate. Be a believer and live by faith.
So here is my list...
1. Matthew
Suffered martyrdom in Ethiopia, Killed by a sword wound.
2. Mark (not an apostle,but one of the first missionaries)
Died in Alexandria, Egypt , after being dragged by Horses through the streets until he was dead.
3. Luke ( not an apostle, but was Paul’s doctor)
Was hanged in Greece as a result of his tremendous Preaching to the lost.
4. John
Faced martyrdom when he was boiled in huge Basin of boiling oil during a wave of persecution In Rome. However, he was miraculously delivered From death. John was then sentenced to the mines on the prison Island of Patmos. He wrote his prophetic Book of Revelation on Patmos . The apostle John was later freed and returned to serve As Bishop of Edessa in modern Turkey . He died as an old man, the only apostle to die peacefully
5. Peter
He was crucified upside down on an x-shaped cross.
According to church tradition it was because he told his tormentors that he felt unworthy to die In the same way that Jesus Christ had died.
6. James
The leader of the church in Jerusalem , was thrown over a hundred feet down from the southeast pinnacle of the Temple when he refused to deny his faith in Christ. When they discovered that he survived the fall, his enemies beat James to death with a fuller’s club. * This was the same pinnacle where Satan had taken Jesus during the Temptation.
7. James the Son of Zebedee
was a fisherman by trade when Jesus Called him to a lifetime of ministry. As a strong leader of the church, James was ultimately beheaded at Jerusalem. The Roman officer who guarded James watched amazed as James defended his faith at his trial. Later, the officer Walked beside James to the place of execution. Overcome by conviction, he declared his new faith to the judge and Knelt beside James to accept beheading as a Christian.
8. Bartholomew
Also known as Nathaniel Was a missionary to Asia. He witnessed for our Lord in present day Turkey. Bartholomew was martyred for his preaching in Armenia where he was flayed to death by a whip.
9. Andrew
Was crucified on an x-shaped cross in Patras, Greece. After being whipped severely by seven soldiers they tied his body to the cross with cords to prolong his agony. His followers reported that, when he was led toward the cross, Andrew saluted it in these words: ‘I have long desired and expected this happy hour. The cross has been consecrated by the body of Christ hanging on it.’ He continued to preach to his tormentors For two days until he expired.
10. Thomas
Was stabbed with a spear in India during one of his missionary trips to establish the church in the Sub-continent.
11. Jude
Was killed with arrows when he refused to deny his faith in Christ.
12. Matthias
The apostle chosen to replace the traitor Judas Iscariot, was stoned and then beheaded.
13. Paul
Was tortured and then beheaded by the evil Emperor Nero at Rome in A.D. 67. Paul endured a lengthy imprisonment, which allowed him to write his many epistles to the churches he had formed throughout the Roman Empire. These letters, which taught many of the foundational Doctrines of Christianity, form a large portion of the New Testament.
14. Simon the Zealot
Simon was traditionally martyred by being sawn in half.
15. Philip
Philip evangelized in Phrygia where hostile Jews had him tortured and then crucified upside down. Some sources have him being stoned
Perhaps this is a reminder to us that our sufferings here are indeed minor compared to the intense persecution and cold cruelty faced by the apostles and disciples during their times For the sake of the Faith. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: But he that endureth to the end shall be saved. Pass on to encourage other Christians.

Revelation Part One
The book of Revelation is written by John the last Apostle of Jesus Christ. Revelation is a coded book. This is the first video that will show you the true interpretation of many coded and prophetic verses in the book of Revelation. John received all the visions written in Revelation when he was still living in exile in the island of Patmos on 95-96 CE (AD). One Sabbath Day, Jesus came to show him what will take place from that time until the end of time that we are living now. The visions even showed him what had happened since the birth of Jesus Christ. Jesus is the Lion of Judah besides being the Lamb of God. I have been doing some deep thinking lately on life, my purpose within this world, my friends, my family, and on GOD. We all get stuck and question our intentions, our goals, and our pursuits. Sometimes it takes tragedy (A Re-Boot) to stop and ponder on our lives. No matter what we say or don't say to those around us; our emotions are constantly reflecting (keeping us in check) how we feel about ourselves. Although life is a journey to be experienced, my foundation is built on my faith: a faith in God, a belief in my bible, and the teachings of love (to be shown to all those around me). Henry Ian Cusick plays Jesus and Christopher Plummer provides voice-over narration. The Gospel of John was shown in a special presentation at the 2003 Toronto Film Festival.

St. John, Apostle and Evangelist
St. John the Apostle, the son of Zebedee and Salome, was one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus. John was called to be an Apostle by our Lord in the first year of His public ministry. He is considered the same person as John the Evangelist, John of Patmos and the Beloved Disciple. John's older brother was St. James the Great, another one of Jesus' Twelve Apostles. Jesus referred to the brothers as "Boanerges," meaning "sons of thunder." John is believed to be the longest living apostle and the only not to die a martyr's death.
John, along with Peter and James, were the only witnesses of the raising of Daughter of Jairus, and the closest witnesses to the Agony in Gethsemane. John was the one who reported to Jesus they had "'forbidden' a non-disciple from casting out demons in Jesus' name." This prompted Jesus to state, "he who is not against us is on our side."
John and Peter were the only two apostles sent by Jesus to make preparations for the final Passover meal, the Last Supper. During the meal, St. John sat next to Jesus, leaning on him rather than lying along the couches.
John was the only one of the Twelve Apostles who did not forsake the Savior in the hour of His Passion. He stood faithfully at the cross when the Savior made him the guardian of His Mother.
After the Assumption of Mary, John went to Ephesus, according to Church tradition. He later became banished by the Roman authorities to the Greek Island of Patmos; this is where he allegedly wrote the Book of Revelation. It is said John was banished in the late 1st century, during the reign of the Emperor Domitian, after being plunged into boiling oil in Rome and suffering no injuries. It is also said that all those who witnessed the miracle in the Colosseum were converted to Christianity. Emperor Domitian was known for his persecution of Christians.
John is known as the author of the Gospel of John and four other books in the New Testament - the three Epistles of John and the Book of Revelation. The authorship of the Gospel is credited to the "disciple whom Jesus loved," and John 21:24 claims the Gospel of John is based on the "Beloved Disciple's" testimony. However, the true authorship has been debated on since 200. In his Eclesiastical History, Eusebius states the First Epistle of John and the Gospel of John are agreed upon as John's. Eusebius continues to state the second and third epistles of John are not John the Apostle's.
In the Gospel of John, the phrase "the disciple whom Jesus loved," or "the Beloved Disciple" is used five times, but is not used in any other New Testament accounts of Jesus.
St. John is called the Apostle of Charity, a virtue he had learned from his Divine Master, and which he constantly inculcated by word and example. The "beloved disciple" died in Ephesus after AD 98, where a stately church was erected over his tomb. It was afterwards converted into a Mohammedan mosque.
St. John is the patron saint of love, loyalty, friendships, and authors. He is often depicted in art as the author of the Gospel with an eagle, symbolizing "the height he rose to in his gospel." In other icons, he is shown looking up into heaven and dictating his Gospel to his disciple.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints teaches that St. John was given the promise of immortality from Jesus. It also teaches that in 1829, John was also resurrected, along with Peter and James, and "restored the priesthood authority with Apolistic succession to earth," according to the Doctrine and Covenants 27:12.
St. John, Apostle and Evangelist's feast day is celebrated on December 27.

The book of Revelation is written by John the last Apostle of Jesus Christ. Revelation is a coded book. This is the first video that will show you the true interpretation of many coded and prophetic verses in the book of Revelation.
John received all the visions written in Revelation when he was still living in exile in the island of Patmos on 95-96 CE (AD). One Sabbath Day, Jesus came to show him what will take place from that time until the end of time that we are living now. The visions even showed him what had happened since the birth of Jesus Christ.
Jesus is the Lion of Judah besides being the Lamb of God.

It will be coming very soon, much sooner that you think. The true believers and followers of Jesus Christ are Jewish not Christian. Christianity is a pagan religion based on the personality of Jesus and the wrong interpretation of the letters of Paul the Apostle. Even the Christian people are living in captivity.
Free yourself. Study the true teachings of Jesus Christ in the gospel and in the book of Revelation. Only those that teach the Torah shall become great in the Kingdom of God.
Understand this very well --- Messianic Judaism is only the Hebrew version of the Christian religion. It is not really Jewish and the Messianics are not keeping the Torah. Their form of One God Worship is actually a Trinity worship as well --- Oneness in three persona or three hypostases, whatever.

Blessed are they that do his 613 commandments that they may have right to receive eternal life, and may enter in through the gates into the city of New Jerusalem. I have been doing some deep thinking lately on life, my purpose within this world, my friends, my family, and on GOD. We all get stuck and question our intentio...
I have been doing some deep thinking lately on life, my purpose within this world, my friends, my family, and on GOD. We all get stuck and question our intentions, our goals, and our pursuits. Sometimes it takes tragedy (A Re-Boot) to stop and ponder on our lives. No matter what we say or don't say to those around us; our emotions are constantly reflecting (keeping us in check) how we feel about ourselves. Although life is a journey to be experienced, my foundation is built on my faith: a faith in God, a belief in my bible, and the teachings of love (to be shown to all those around me). I am truly inspired by my top 15 bible individuals who took their FAITH to another level which I pray that no one would ever know or experience. I see the news about Christian's in the middle east, I listen to our US news, and pray for the end of persecution and hate. Be a believer and live by faith.
So here is my list...
1. Matthew
Suffered martyrdom in Ethiopia, Killed by a sword wound.
2. Mark (not an apostle,but one of the first missionaries)
Died in Alexandria, Egypt , after being dragged by Horses through the streets until he was dead.
3. Luke ( not an apostle, but was Paul’s doctor)
Was hanged in Greece as a result of his tremendous Preaching to the lost.
4. John
Faced martyrdom when he was boiled in huge Basin of boiling oil during a wave of persecution In Rome. However, he was miraculously delivered From death. John was then sentenced to the mines on the prison Island of Patmos. He wrote his prophetic Book of Revelation on Patmos . The apostle John was later freed and returned to serve As Bishop of Edessa in modern Turkey . He died as an old man, the only apostle to die peacefully
5. Peter
He was crucified upside down on an x-shaped cross.
According to church tradition it was because he told his tormentors that he felt unworthy to die In the same way that Jesus Christ had died.
6. James
The leader of the church in Jerusalem , was thrown over a hundred feet down from the southeast pinnacle of the Temple when he refused to deny his faith in Christ. When they discovered that he survived the fall, his enemies beat James to death with a fuller’s club. * This was the same pinnacle where Satan had taken Jesus during the Temptation.
7. James the Son of Zebedee
was a fisherman by trade when Jesus Called him to a lifetime of ministry. As a strong leader of the church, James was ultimately beheaded at Jerusalem. The Roman officer who guarded James watched amazed as James defended his faith at his trial. Later, the officer Walked beside James to the place of execution. Overcome by conviction, he declared his new faith to the judge and Knelt beside James to accept beheading as a Christian.
8. Bartholomew
Also known as Nathaniel Was a missionary to Asia. He witnessed for our Lord in present day Turkey. Bartholomew was martyred for his preaching in Armenia where he was flayed to death by a whip.
9. Andrew
Was crucified on an x-shaped cross in Patras, Greece. After being whipped severely by seven soldiers they tied his body to the cross with cords to prolong his agony. His followers reported that, when he was led toward the cross, Andrew saluted it in these words: ‘I have long desired and expected this happy hour. The cross has been consecrated by the body of Christ hanging on it.’ He continued to preach to his tormentors For two days until he expired.
10. Thomas
Was stabbed with a spear in India during one of his missionary trips to establish the church in the Sub-continent.
11. Jude
Was killed with arrows when he refused to deny his faith in Christ.
12. Matthias
The apostle chosen to replace the traitor Judas Iscariot, was stoned and then beheaded.
13. Paul
Was tortured and then beheaded by the evil Emperor Nero at Rome in A.D. 67. Paul endured a lengthy imprisonment, which allowed him to write his many epistles to the churches he had formed throughout the Roman Empire. These letters, which taught many of the foundational Doctrines of Christianity, form a large portion of the New Testament.
14. Simon the Zealot
Simon was traditionally martyred by being sawn in half.
15. Philip
Philip evangelized in Phrygia where hostile Jews had him tortured and then crucified upside down. Some sources have him being stoned
Perhaps this is a reminder to us that our sufferings here are indeed minor compared to the intense persecution and cold cruelty faced by the apostles and disciples during their times For the sake of the Faith. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: But he that endureth to the end shall be saved. Pass on to encourage other Christians.
