Chief executive officer

A chief executive officer (CEO in American English) or managing director (MD in British English) describes the position of the most senior corporate officer, executive, or administrator in charge of managing an organization. The CEO of a corporation or company typically reports to the board of directors and is charged with maximizing the value of the entity. Titles also often given to the holder of the CEO position include president and chief executive (CE).

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of an organization's CEO are set by the organization's board of directors or other authority, depending on the organization's legal structure. They can be far-reaching or quite limited and are typically enshrined in a formal delegation of authority.

Typically, the CEO/MD has responsibilities as a director, decision maker, leader, manager and executor. The communicator role can involve the press and the rest of the outside world, as well as the organization's management and employees; the decision-making role involves high-level decisions about policy and strategy. As a leader of the company, the CEO/MD advises the board of directors, motivates employees, and drives change within the organization. As a manager, the CEO/MD presides over the organization's day-to-day operations. The term refers to the person who takes all the decisions regarding the upliftment of the company, which includes all sectors and fields of the business like operations, marketing, business Development, finance, Human resources, etc. The CEO of a company is not necessarily the owner of the company.

Vietnamese language

Vietnamese ⁱ/ˌviɛtnəˈmiːz/ (tiếng Việt) is an Austroasiatic language that originated in the north of Vietnam and is the national and official language of the country. It is the native language of the Vietnamese (Kinh) people, as well as a first or second language for the many ethnic minorities of Vietnam. Kap G

George Ramirez (born July 31, 1994), better known by his stage name Kap G, is an American rapper from College Park, Georgia in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Early life

George Ramirez (Kap G) was born on July 31, 1994, in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a mexican descent. His family immigrated from Mexico, while he was still being raised living in the Atlanta metropolitan area, in the state of Georgia. He attended and was graduated from Tri-Cities High School.

Career

He would be collaborating with big name artists, such as Chief Keef, T.I., Wiz Khalifa, Jeezy and Kirko Bangz, among others. He released his debut single, titled "Tatted Like Amigos"; a collaboration with a fellow rapper Chief Keef, which garnered him mainstream attention. Since then, Kap G would began remixing other artists' songs, in which a representative of the A&R Kawan Prather; who he discovered Kap G, and then landed him into signing a deal with Atlantic Records. Most of his lyrics, represents his mexican culture and are bilingual, containing lyrics in English and the Spanish language. On March 6, 2014, he released his critically acclaimed mixtape, titled Like a Mexican via DatPiff. He is currently in the studio recording his first extended play (EP), with the assistances from Pharrell Williams. Kap G was included in the numerous articles for XXL magazine, and he became a candidate for XXL Freshman 2015. Kap G is currently in the studio working with Young Thug, while recording his next mixtape; according to his instagram page. Kap G is planning on releasing his mixtape, titled El Southside.

When entering the store, he notices all the specially designed gadgets that are made for both the Hearing and Deaf individuals in favour of the Deaf culture. Then suddenly, the wicked anarchist signals him, already expecting him. She convinces him to try her secret innovation the same day at 9:00pm. The location of her new innovation is behind the uPlump store where there is an entrance leading to a strange underground hallway. This is where JASON SMITH, the low immersion VR engineer, took awareness of this newly invented VR game. But, what he didn't know, was that VICTORIA MERLE, the wicked anarchist, knew that JASON SMITH would be tempted to copy her secretly patented VR system. In fact, that's exactly why she wants him to "test" it. Because, once you test it, there's no turning back, you're under intensive brainwashing.
