Plot: Amarchandra lives a poor lifestyle in British India along with his mom, dad, Baba Thakur, and a sister. His dad works as a guard with the British Army, which is commandeered locally by George. When Governor Jackson and his daughter, Diana, visit the region, Amarchandra launches a protest and also leads villagers to a meeting that is being addressed by Mohandas Gandhi much to the chagrin of his father. Nevertheless, Amarchandra continues with his protests, and even humiliates Jackson. Then Jackson orders additional men and ammunition via a train from Delhi to deal with Amarchandra, who finds out and decides to sabotage and blow up the train. Little does he know that he will soon be betrayed by one of his own men, Bahadur, and not only he, but his father, as well as his sweetheart, Swarnamukhi, will all be killed. Years later in an independent India, Amarchandra will be re-born as Ashok, an unemployed, middle-classed, slacker and trouble-maker, who lands a job with TV24 as a reporter, and will soon be pitted against the corrupt and seemingly invincible 80 year old Bahadur, who now calls himself Vijay Kumar, and who is soon to be the country's Prime Minister.

Plot: Shankar works as a servant with wealthy Dwarkaprasad, who lives with his son, Vijay, and daughter, Asha. One day Shankar finds a young girl near a river bank, brings her home and names her Jyoti. Dwarkaprasad decides to pitch in and agrees to pay for her education along with Vijay and Asha. Years pass by, Vijay and Jyoti have grown up, are in love with each other, and would like to get married. When Dwarkaprasad finds out about this, he sends Vijay abroad to study, and asks Shankar and Jyoti to leave immediately. When Vijay returns home, he finds that Shankar and Jyoti are untraceable, when he does find her, she is in the company of a young child, who calls her "mommy". Vijay is heartbroken and decides to marry the girl of his fathers' choice, which is none other than Seema, the daughter of wealthy Kedarnath. What Vijay does not know is that Seema had an affair with a young man named Anil, who abandoned her, got her pregnant, who now calls himself Sushil and is now in the process of seducing Asha; And that Seema is Jyoti's younger sister.

Plot: Shankar Verma lives a poor lifestyle with his mom, Shanti, in India after His father, Sathpal, leaves the family for a courtesan by the name of Meenabai. Years later, Shankar has now grown up and finds himself the object of affection of two beautiful women, Sunita - who is wealthy and is the daughter of Bhanu Pratap Singh, and Madhu - who is poor and lives with her parents, Hariya and Tara. Both women think that Shankar is in love with them. Shankar is hired by a wealthy woman named Amita who wants him to spy on Bhanu Pratap, his sons, Balram and Jackie, and his partner, Kedar. Shankar then sets out to find out the whereabouts of Meenabai, but her brothel had caught fire and no one knows her whereabouts. Little does Shankar know that Meenabai is still alive in the shape and form of none other than Amita - and is using Shankar as a tool to extract vengeance against Bhanu Pratap!!

Plot: As the final conflict between the Pandavs and Kauravs draws near, Balaram breaks his vow to marry his daughter to Abhimanyu, son of Subhadra, and instead offers her to the cowardly son of Duryodhan. Insulted, Subhadra takes her son to Ghatotkach, son of Bhim, and a master of black magic. Ghatotkach decides to fix the problem and teach the Kauravs a lesson. As usual, Krishna is the Supreme Arranger who remains the power behind all thrones. Ingrigue, magic, damsels in distress, demons, fixed dice, and a continuous stream of special effects make this film especially entertaining.

Plot: In order to protect the citizens of Mathura from the wrath of an evil king, Lord Krishna and his brother, Balram, decide to flee from the city. Once outside the city limits, the two brothers are confronted by the king's magical army, which they vanquish. Thereafter, Lord Krishna is crowned the King of Dwarka, and his mother, Yashoda, advises that he should get married, and strongly recommends that he marry Devi Rukmani. Whilst Devi Rukmani, who is devoted to Lord Krishna, has to face her brother, who wants her to marry King Shishupal. In the midst of this dispute, Lord Nard Muni intervenes and advises her brother to hold a Swayamvar so that Rukmani can chose the best husband. Her brother agrees. Watch what happens when the Swayamvar takes place, where Shishupal is ready to wed Rukmani - by hook or by crook.

Plot: Brij Mohan leaves his village home and settles down in Bombay, India. His mother refuses to go with him and remains alone in their palatial home. He asks Montu to visit his grandma, and he reluctantly agrees to do so on the condition that his friends also accompany him. Upon arrival in the village, the group is besotted with nothing but problems, and his friends decide to return back, leaving Montu alone with his grandma. Montu strikes up a friendship with a precocious village girl named Gauri, who is an orphan, living with her cruel aunt, and two equally cruel cousin sisters. Montu and Gauri's friendship blossoms and they meet each other regularly, & Montu does not find village life as boring as he had expected. He also meets with a struggling farmer named Balram, his mother, and his betrothed, Kanak. Balram would like to go to a big city, make some money, so that he can marry, but his mother refuses to let him go. Montu returns home with his dad but promises to be back again next year. Montu finishes School, joins college, learns how to drive a car and after about a year returns to the village - only to find that nothing is the same anymore. Balram has married and left the village; his ailing mom has passed away; Gauri refuses to speak with him, while her uncle and aunt are looking for a suitable groom to get her married. Amidst familiar surroundings, Montu now finds himself alone and a stranger, and must now decide to return home - never to return.

Plot: Pratap lives a wealthy lifestyle in a mansion along with his mother, Maharani. He is married to Parvati but the couple are childless. Then differences arise between the two on one hand, and Maharani and Pratap on the other. Parvati leaves and moves in with Dr. Bharati and his wife, while Pratap moves out to his own mansion. When Pratap gets the news that Parvati has given birth to a boy, he goes to visit her and secretly abducts the child. When he is unable to find a woman to breast-feed the child, he patches-up with Parvati and she moves back in along with an orphaned child, Shomu. The couple name their child, Shankar, who becomes friendly with Shomu much to the chagrin of Pratap, who instructs his staff to house Shomu in the stables. Parvati loves both boys equally, and the two children grow up almost like brothers, with Shankar falling in love with wealthy Seema, and Shomu wooing village belle Shaguna much to the displeasure of her to-be father-in-law, Balram, who complains to Pratap, who, in turn, asks Shomu to leave. Subsequently Shomu falls very ill and Parvati wants to go and see him. Pratap makes it clear that if she leaves - then she will not be welcomed back. The question remains what will Parvati do under these circumstances?
