A man has died after falling from a balcony in Sydney's lower north shore on Saturday.
Just before 8.15pm emergency services were called to a unit complex on Milson Road, Cremorne following reports that a man had fallen from a balcony.
On arrival, the man was located on the ground suffering serious injuries.
The 31-year-old man was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Royal North Shore Hospital, where he later died.
It's believed the man fell from a second floor balcony.
Officers from Harbourside Local Area Command established a crime scene, which is being examined by specialist forensic officers.
Detectives have commenced inquiries and are speaking with witnesses in an effort to establish how the man came to fall.
