Common ownership refers to holding the assets of an organization, enterprise, or community indivisibly rather than in the names of the individual members or groups of members, as common property. The principle of holding the means of production in common with free access to the output is the defining feature of a communist society.
Common ownership of the means of production is advocated by communists and some forms of socialism. Advocates make a distinction between collective ownership and common property; the former refers to property owned jointly by agreement, such as producer cooperatives, whereas the latter refers to assets that are completely open for access, such as a public park freely available to everyone.
Pre-Neolithic tribes held property in common through tradition. Thus, common ownership of land is an example of customary land ownership in tribal societies which pre-dates the arrangement of colonised alienated land. Marxist theory describes this primitive communism as based on common ownership on a subsistence level. Another term for this arrangement is a "gift economy" or communalism.

Top Management (ファミコン トップマネジメント) is a multiplatform business simulation video game that turns the player into a highly respected corporate title holder.
Using the management skills provided by the game, he/she must turn his/her fledgling corporation (会社, kaisha) into a profitable super corporation. Created by Koei, the game was geared towards Japanese business students in high school, college, and university while also attempting to appeal to casual gamers who have an interest in learning how a Japanese corporation is operated.
Literacy in the Japanese language is required in addition to advanced arthimetic skills. Top Management features abstract art that serves as the game's graphics. A general business meeting is always held on the beginning of April as a measure to set things like employment levels, executive salaries in addition to financial benefits for the employees. Meetings held on every other month of year focus on spreading advertisement throughout Japan in addition to improving the performance of the products and determining how many products to manufacture into the open market.
The European Economic Community (EEC) was a regional organisation which aimed to bring about economic integration between its member states. It was created by the Treaty of Rome of 1957. Upon the formation of the European Union (EU) in 1993, the EEC was incorporated and renamed as the European Community (EC). In 2009 the EC's institutions were absorbed into the EU's wider framework and the community ceased to exist.
The Community's initial aim was to bring about economic integration, including a common market and customs union, among its six founding members: Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and West Germany. It gained a common set of institutions along with the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC) and the European Atomic Energy Community (EURATOM) as one of the European Communities under the 1965 Merger Treaty (Treaty of Brussels). In 1993, a complete single market was achieved, known as the internal market, which allowed for the free movement of goods, capital, services, and people within the EEC. In 1994, the internal market was formalised by the EEA agreement. This agreement also extended the internal market to include most of the member states of the European Free Trade Association, forming the European Economic Area covering 15 countries.

Marxists define socialism as "common ownership of the means of production." However, anyone whose been to school knows that common ownership means common responsibility, and common responsibility means no one is liable. This is nothing but a disaster waiting to happen. Social ownership refers to the various forms of ownership for the means of production in socialist economic systems; encompassing public ownership, employee ownership, cooperative ownership, citizen ownership of equity and common ownership.Historically social ownership implied that capital and factor markets would cease to exist under the assumption that market exchanges within the production process would be made redundant if capital goods were owned by a single entity or network of entities representing society, but the articulation of models of market socialism where factor markets are utilized for allocating capital goods between socially owned enterprises broadened the definition to include autonomous entities within a market economy.Social ownership of the means of production is the ...
Subscribe to get informed about potential hundred baggers: https://www.sixjupiter.com An attribute common amongst many hundred baggers is strong insider ownership. Chris Mayer, in his book 100 Baggers: Stocks That Return 100:1 and How to Find Them, writes: In today's weird marketplace, the presence of owner-operators can be a signal of a likely value. And as with value, an owner-operator is a predictor of future performance. "Owner-operators, over an extended period of time," Doyle said, "tend to outpace the broad stock market by a wide margin." Considerable academic research has been conducted on the subject of insider ownership and its relationship to share price performance, but the effect remains nonetheless. These days the legalities of owning a property can be complicated. In this video Sarah McCann from LCF Law talks to us about the various ways that we can own property while protecting our investment. To find out more about owning property visit http://www.lcf.co.uk http://www.clockworkeye.co.uk Transcript: Recently the number of couples who are unmarried and purchasing property together has increased. Also the number of people who have gone through a divorce or some other type of separation and wish to purchase a property with another person has also increased. In those instances we must consider protecting the inheritance of children from the first marriage. In all circumstances consideration must be given, when purchasing a property, as to how that property is to be owned. I...
So much of Medieval Suffolk was owned by the church and, as I drove through it with Phillip Schofield, I began to realise just how much the ownership and use of our land has changed since the Middle Ages. Back then, there was an open field system by which the common people rented strips from the lord and farmed them in unfenced fields. It was an arrangement that lasted for centuries. I suppose the first big sign of change in ownership came in 1536 when Henry VIII started to close monasteries. He took away their lands and the abbeys fell into ruins. like this one at Bury. If you look at the documents of that time, you can see that, whilst existing landowners increased their stake, there were also new types of land owner such as merchants and lawyers. But the biggest change was undoubtedly...

At their heart trusts are simply a way of more than one person owning property. It has been suggested that they originate from knights who went on crusades in the 12th century. Within a trust there is a settlor who commences the trust and originally has absolute ownership. Ownership then splits between a trustee who takes legal title and a beneficiary who takes an equitable interest. There are three different types of trust: express, resulting and constructive trusts. Express trusts are set out in agreements. Resulting trusts are implied by the court where either the beneficiaries are not clearly defined by an agreement or where a contribution has been made towards the purchase price of property. Constructive trusts exist in order to prevent wrongdoing and abuse of the fiduciary duty. ...

Liberal arguments regarding land as property usually depict common property and private property as contradictory property regimes. The private ownership of land defines exclusive rights that include the right to exclude and the right to alienate and thus is seen as the engine of private accumulation. In contrast, common property is condemned as its opposite: it limits individual rights and imposes instead indivisible rights to land ownership in ways that impede capitalist progress. Liberal formulations usually understand property as a legally defined relation between an owner and a thing, in this case land. According to critical legal theorists, however, land ownership, whether common or private, defines a set of social relations. This view understands common property and private property...
