Recorded in 1956. Written by Lee Ricks and Slim Gaillard. With Sonny Burke and his Orchestra. Melvin Howard Tormé born September 13, 1925 and died June 5, 1999. The Velvet Fog, was an American musician, known for his jazz singing. He was also a jazz composer and arranger, a drummer, an actor in radio, film, and television, and the author of five books. He composed the music for the classic holiday song "The Christmas Song" ("Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire") and co-wrote the lyrics with Bob Wells.
Melvin Howard Tormé was born in Chicago, Illinois, to immigrant Russian Jewish parents whose surname had been Torma. However, the name was changed at Ellis Island to "Torme." A child prodigy, he first sang professionally at age 4 with the Coon-Sanders Orchestra, singing "You're Driving Me Crazy" at Chicago's Blackhawk restaurant.
Between 1933 and 1941, he acted in the network radio serials The Romance of Helen Trent and Jack Armstrong, the All-American Boy. He wrote his first song at 13, and three years later, his first published song, "Lament to Love," became a hit recording for Harry James. He played drums in Chicago's Shakespeare Elementary School drum and bugle corps in his early teens. While a teenager, he sang, arranged, and played drums in a band led by Chico Marx of the Marx Brothers. His formal education ended in 1944 with his graduation from Chicago's Hyde Park High School.

This video was created as an assignment for Preliminary Legal Studies. The task was to create a product that raised awareness about a certain issue in regards to an individual and technology.
My product is a story I made for a 60 minutes episode. My issue is cyber-bullying. 60 minutes is an award winning Australian TV show that tells stories through the eyes of those involved by personalising stories and issues. The informative nature of it raises awareness to issues that need to be highlighted which is why I chose to make this product. The goal of this video is to attract audiences via the relatable stories/answers of the students I interview. It is directed at teenagers going through cyber-bullying problems as it will be a guide to dealing with their problems and specifically highlights the fact that cyber-bullying victims are not alone. The people I interview are all from year 10 (the year below me) . This means the audience (particularly year 11 legal studies) won’t have any individual connection with the interviewees. The students interviewed all have several social media accounts and have had no training or research on the topic of cyber-bullying.
Legal Studies side of things:
Throughout my interview, I ask questions to students that demonstrates the interviewees’ knowledge of the legal implications of cyber-bullying. Most of the interviewees have no idea cyber-bullying is against the law and all of them mention a scenario where they have been a victim of or have witnessed cyber-bullying. One of the questions in the interview is “Under the Commonwealth Criminal Code Act 1995 it is a criminal offence to misuse telecommunication by cyber-bullying as it comprises the abuse of internet and phone services. This is proof that legal implications are enforced for cyber-bullying. Is cyber-bullying such an offense that it needs legal consequences?” The majority of the interviewees say definitely, the punishment should be greater.
In regards to reforming the law I raise the question “If you could make any changes to laws and consequences in regards to cyber-bullying what would you do?” The most common response was to strongly enforce the laws so that everyone knows it’s against the law by advertising it over Facebook pages and other social media sites. This answer displays the need for law reform.

Last Name
"Last Name" is a song composed by American country singer Carrie Underwood, Hillary Lindsey and Luke Laird. It is the third single from Underwood's second studio album, Carnival Ride. It was released in the United States on April 7, 2008, by which point the song had already charted. At the 51st Grammy Awards, the song won Underwood her third consecutive Grammy Award for Best Female Country Vocal Performance. It has sold 1,300,000 copies to date
Background
The song is one of four tracks on the album co-written by Underwood, and the third consecutive one to be released as a single from the album. It is a moderate up-tempo describing a woman meeting a man at a club and later eloping with him in Las Vegas after having had too much to drink that night. She wakes up the next morning, "thinkin' 'bout Elvis somewhere in Vegas", to discover that she does not even know her last name (i.e., she married the man while she was intoxicated), and worries that her "mama would be so ashamed." The music video portrays the song as a prequel to her "Before He Cheats" song, even going so far as to hire the same actor to play the man in question.

The Velvet Fog, was an American musician, known for his jazz singing. He was also a jazz composer and arranger, a drummer, an actor in radio, film, and television, and the author of five books. He composed the music for the classic holiday song "The Christmas Song" ("Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire") and co-wrote the lyrics with Bob Wells.
Melvin Howard Tormé was born in Chicago, Illinois, to immigrant Russian Jewish parents whose surname had been Torma. However, the name was changed at Ellis Island to "Torme." A child prodigy, he first sang professionally at age 4 with the Coon-Sanders Orchestra, singing "You're Driving Me Crazy" at Chicago's Blackhawk restaurant.
Between 1933 and 1941, he acted in the network radio serials The Romance of Helen Trent and Jack Armstrong, the All-American Boy. He wrote his first song at 13, and three years later, his first published song, "Lament to Love," became a hit recording for Harry James. He played drums in Chicago's Shakespeare Elementary School drum and bugle corps in his early teens. While a teenager, he sang, arranged, and played drums in a band led by Chico Marx of the Marx Brothers. His formal education ended in 1944 with his graduation from Chicago's Hyde Park High School.

My product is a story I made for a 60 minutes episode. My issue is cyber-bullying. 60 minutes is an award winning Australian TV show that tells stories through the eyes of those involved by personalising stories and issues. The informative nature of it raises awareness to issues that need to be highlighted which is why I chose to make this product. The goal of this video is to attract audiences via the relatable stories/answers of the students I interview. It is directed at teenagers going through cyber-bullying problems as it will be a guide to dealing with their problems and specifically highlights the fact that cyber-bullying victims are not alone. The people I interview are all from year 10 (the year below me) . This means the audience (particularly year 11 legal studies) won’t have any individual connection with the interviewees. The students interviewed all have several social media accounts and have had no training or research on the topic of cyber-bullying.

It was through this company that Hunter started creating campaign viral videos for John Edwards in 2006. The videographer began a secret affair with the Democratic presidential candidate while his wife was dying from breast cancer. During this time, Edwards allegedly used over $1 million in 2008 campaign funds to take care of, and cover up, his pregnant mistress. In February of 2008, 43 year-old Hunter gave birth to their child in Santa Barbara, CA.
It wasn't until January of 2010 that Edwards admitted publicly that he is the father of Hunter's daughter.
