Misteri Dari Gunung Merapi / Penghuni Rumah Tua (1989)
Misteri Dari Gunung Merapi episode Penghuni Rumah Tua adalah sebuah film mistik Indonesia yang berdasarkan pada sandiwara radio terkenal yaitu Misteri Dari Gunung Merapi karya Asmadi Sjafar dan disutradarai L. Sudjio pada tahun 1989 dibintangi Fendy Pradana, Ida Iasha dan Farida Pasha.
Penguasa hutan larangan, Kakek Jabat (Piet Pagau), mengangkat anak, Sembara (Fendy Pradana). Untuk meningkatkan kesaktiannya, Sembara diharuskan menjelajah pedalaman hutan larangan menuntut ilmu. Demi menjalankan tugas itu, ia meninggalkan kekasihnya, Farida (Ida Iasha), yang berjanji akan setia menunggu. Rosminah (Rina Hassim) dan Raisman (Asrul Zulmi), orangtua Farida, berusaha menggagalkan niat Sembara, sekaligus memutuskan hubungannya dengan Farida. Untung, Sembara ditolong Datuk Panglima Kumbang, Si Manusia Harimau (Gino Makasutji). Usai menuntut ilmu, Sembara keluar hutan dengan tugas membunuh Mardian (Baron Hermanto), manusia harimau lain yang haus darah. Mardian ternyata telah mengawini Farida secara paksa, hingga Sembara kecewa. Kesempatan membunuh Mardian datang juga, ketika manusia harimau itu menjadi buas dan hendak memangsa Farida. Sembara berhasil membunuh Mardian dan menyelamatkan Farida. Mereka bersatu kembal

Perkawinan dr. Yanuar (Sophan Sophiaan) dan Rani SH (Widyawati) yang tenteram dan bahkan ingin dijadikan teladan, terguncang. Yanuar yang dijuluki suami teladan oleh rekan-rekan dokter sekerjanya, yang umumnya tak setia, menghadapi dua kasus hampir secara bersamaan. Lia (Novia Kolopaking) minta digugurkan kandungannya berkali-kali, tetapi ditolak. Patricia (Ida lasha), peliharaan Primodarso (Zainal Abidin), tiba-tiba menyulut rutinitas dokter dan suami teladan tadi. Karena tak biasa berbohong, Rani langsung curiga. Percekcokan meningkat sampai Rani pulang ke rumah orangtuanya, sementara Yanuar seolah jatuh cinta seperti remaja kembali. Hubungan Yanuar-Patricia tercium Primodarso yang tak jelas posisinya tetapi kaya raya dan punya banyak tukang pukul. Di ujung film mulai tampak kebetulannya. Lia yang ngotot digugurkan oleh dokter lain, membuat Yanuar terkena getahnya, karena Lia meninggal di tempatnya praktik. Rani bangkit membela suaminya. Ternyata Lia ini anak Primodarso, yang menyiksa Patricia karena hubungannya dengan Yanuar. Dalam keadaan luka parah Patricia ditolong oleh rekan-rekan Yanuar, namun kemudian menghilang dan menusuk mati Primodarso di saat yang "dramatis": sedang meresmikan sebuah panti asuhan

Mount Merapi
Mount Merapi, Gunung Merapi (literally Fire Mountain in Indonesian/Javanese), is an active stratovolcano located on the border between Central Java and Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It is the most active volcano in Indonesia and has erupted regularly since 1548. It is located approximately 28 kilometres (17 mi) north of the large Yogyakarta city (2.4 millions inhabitants for the metropolitan area), and thousands of people live on the flanks of the volcano, with villages as high as 1,700 metres (5,600 ft) above sea level.
Smoke can be seen emerging from the mountaintop at least 300 days a year, and several eruptions have caused fatalities. Pyroclastic flow from a large explosion killed 27 people on 22 November 1994, mostly in the town of Muntilan, west of the volcano. Another large eruption occurred in 2006, shortly before the Yogyakarta earthquake. In light of the hazards that Merapi poses to populated areas, it has been designated as one of the Decade Volcanoes.
On 25 October 2010 the Indonesian government raised the alert for Mount Merapi to its highest level and warned villagers in threatened areas to move to safer ground. People living within a 20 km (12 mi) zone were told to evacuate. Officials said about 500 volcanic earthquakes had been recorded on the mountain over the weekend of 23–24 October, and that the magma had risen to about 1 kilometre (3,300 ft) below the surface due to the seismic activity. On the afternoon of 25 October 2010 Mount Merapi erupted lava from its southern and southeastern slopes.

Usai menuntut ilmu, Sembara keluar hutan dengan tugas membunuh Mardian (Baron Hermanto), manusia harimau lain yang haus darah. Mardian ternyata telah mengawini Farida secara paksa, hingga Sembara kecewa. Kesempatan membunuh Mardian datang juga, ketika manusia harimau itu menjadi buas dan hendak memangsa Farida. Sembara berhasil membunuh Mardian dan menyelamatkan Farida. Mereka bersatu kembal -
