Easy win for the Eels, and they take full advantage of the lack of Thurston to smash the Cowboys. Nathan Brown led the forward pack as they completely bullied their opposite numbers out of the game, with Norman, Gutherson and Jennings all carving up on the back of that. Three wins on the trot for Parra and they surge into the eight. Thanks for following along, we'll be back tomorrow. 

The Cowboys get it back but Asiata goes for a chip and chase inside his own 20 and can't get the ball back. 

The Cowboys go short but the Eels get it back - and something has happened on the play with Gavin Cooper in huge trouble, he leapt for that short kick-off and crashed to the turf putting all his weight on his right arm and shoulder. 

Gutherson makes it 26-6. 

What a rarity! Only the fifth of his career, he ran a great angled line back behind the dummy half Pritchard, who looked and shaped left before throwing a no-look pass to the right to the big front rower. Icing on the cake for the Eels, what a performance from them. 

Not a great kick from Norman and Feldt picks it up...but then loses it on the return! The Eels have it back. 

Parrmatta kick long and it'll be a Cowboys scrum...but the Eels win it against the feed! Great chance to well and truly kill the game off now. 

Ponga leaps for the kick but can't haul it in! Knock on and that's probably the ball game! 

We've just witnessed history folks. After that Cooper error, Kenny Edwards throws an open hand into the Cowboys backrower's face and he'll take the walk. Tommy Raudonikis just had a heart attack if he's watching this. And instead of a Parra scrum, it'll be a Cowboys penalty. Big turning point 

Cooper drops a face ball near the line! And then there's a few handbags afterwards. 

High bomb from Morgan and Gutherson spills it! That comeback is still not out of the realms of possibility if they score here...

Feldt nails the kick and it's 20-6 with 15 to go. 

Outstanding kick from Asiata - he chips to the back corner of the in-goal and it takes a gift bounce for the winger to chase through and ground just in front of the dead ball line. 

Morgan taken slightly high by Beau Scott and The Cowboys will again come to the line - the comeback will have to start awful soon if it is to happen at all! 

They put it down again! Cowboys really struggling without JT, which sounds obvious - but they still managed to put a few points up in their past two games before tonight. 

North Queensland finally get a chance to attack as Morgan finds touch 40 out from his own line. 

The Cowboys get the ball back finally, and then Hampton puts it down! Parramatta go close again before a pass is intercepted near the goal line by Morgan. 

Gutherson knocks it through. 20-0. 

That could be game over. Jennings with another break, this time right through the middle, he finds Brown in support who gives it on to the replacement five-eighth who has the pace to get to the line and finish it off.
