It may have been a gloomy weekend across the state, but one Perth resident is in for a fabulous surprise after pocketing Saturday Lotto's $4.2 million division one prize.
A Northampton man has become WA's 49th division 1 Lotto winner in 2017.
The winning WA ticket was the only division one winner sold nationally, and was sold at Flinders Square Lucky Lotto in Yokine.
The ticket had the six numbers needed for the division one prize - 10, 11, 33, 6, 29 and 15.

WA also cashed in on 13 division 2 prizes, who all won $9,245.20 each.
The division one prize is WA's 25th division one win of the year, after a Perth tradie cashed in his $2.6 million win last week.
