Do listing prices include G.S.T.?
Yes the monthly subscription price is inclusive of G.S.T.
I have uploaded photos to my listing but the images don’t display as expected. Why?
Landscape is the best format for the Marketplace listing layout. The best size to format your image to before uploading is 640w x 480h as this is the size the image upload tool will resize your image to. A maximum of 4 images will display in your gallery.
When I search Kidspot Marketplace I can’t find my listing. Why?
The search functionality works on the following criteria – Ability to search for listings, categories and sub-categories via keyword. The keywords used in the content of your listing play an important part in surfacing your placements. Keywords are words or phrases that are used to match your listing with the terms people are searching for.
Where can I find my listing report?
Your listing report is located on the ‘my listings’ page on your account dashboard. Here you will find a month by month breakdown of listing views, plus a total listing view summary.
Help I’ve forgotten my password!
To reset your password please select the “reset password” button from the login screen and enter your account email address. Please visit your inbox to access the password reset link.
Can I cancel my listing subscription?
Kidspot Marketplace is a monthly listing subscription service, with no ongoing subscription commitment. You may cancel at any time.
If you do wish to cancel your standard, premium or platinum listing package please either complete and submit our online Cancellation Form or request a cancellation form by emailing kidspotcancellations@news.com.au or download from here.
