Villa Secrets Network Villa Secrets is building an international network of high end real estate related business, with the objective to have a presence/franchise/network in every location where one can purchase a property for over $1,000,000. Starting with the most popular villa holiday locations: Cape Town first followed by locations such as the Seychelles, LA, Hawaii, St Bart’s, Bali, Aspen, Saint Jean cap Ferrat (Where a villa was recently sold for over a billion US dollars) and many other locations. In fact, we have over 100 quality web domains. The parent company Villa Secrets Ltd UK does not rent or sell villas, it is an integrated web development, software, content and marketing company. Which acts in a non-profit capacity for the benefit of its members, and… when its members are as successful as we project it will fund ecological, social and philanthropic projects. However, do not let that take away from the extremely profitable system that is Villa Secrets franchise, crafted from revolutionary mathematics modelled on nature itself. We are in the closing stages of creating the first Villa Secrets Rental Franchise, and it is worth noting that the investor has 20 years cooperate experience and is also a charted accountant. Next we need to find a Real Estate partner, or a collection of the best real estate agents, but preferably one of the big three Cape Town agencies. This partnership is extremely important as it opens the doors to repeat the system internationally, as partnering with rental agencies may create conflicts, especially when it comes to mandates. So our preferred international development model is to first develop Villa Secrets Real Estate franchises, that make some money from sales, but make most of their money from the recruitment of mandates and the rentals income achieved from such mandates. In Cape Town we are currently working on a three website strategy, firstly being www.VillasScrets.com where the realtor will receive all real estate enquiries for Cape Town, ideally we will connect to the realtor’s database and display all properties over $1,000,000. In addition, we will create a new website that is similar to Villa Secrets called CapeLuxuryVillas.com this will primarily display villas for rent and secondly villas for sale. Lastly we will create a real estate website, we don’t have it yet but the domain AfricanHomes.com is available for sale, which is quite nice. We have not factored the real estate site into our 2019 business plan/projection other than to include it in Google Ads. In general Google Ads are not effective for real estate, (if they were the price would be higher) however with the right strategy they can be, for ZAR 700,000 we can advertise all three websites at the top of Google (positions 1, 2, 3) for every Cape Town property and real estate related search term. It is in the remarketing where this pays off. As each visitor will for a couple of months see great looking HTML5 adds for properties on Skype and many impressive websites. When a new property becomes available a new add will be created showing the property and adverting it as new. There would be over half a million such ads shown to clients each year, for locals if they are serious about buying and see the right property it will encourage them to enquire. For international clients it will encourage them to travel to Cape Town at which point we have the opportunity to handle the travel arrangements.
