Great app but doesn’t work on certain platforms

The app performs greatly on PC, XBOX ONE©️, PS4©️, etc. it has an outstanding amount of features and works greatly. Although a great app you unfortunately can only experience it on newer consoles as listed above, I myself have a PS3©️ and the app will not work as it is not compatible on its system, the same most likely applies for XBOX 360©️. This issue is most likely not necessarily easy to implement into the app, but works the same as when developed for newer consoles, so it would be a nice addition, apart from this as long as you are not on an aged platform you will love this Battlefield Companion©️!

Stuck on loading screen

Ever since I updated to 3.0.4, I'm unable to use the app because I'm stuck on the loading screen every time. I've tried closing all apps and restarting my device (iPad mini 2) but it's still not loading. Apart from that, the Companion update was a massive improvement, although the Battle Screen feature was removed which I love using but now I can't.

EA Access!

I downloaded bf4 free with EA access and it wont let me view it because it says you need to log in with ea account even though when i do i have no weapons or cammo or anything because i don't play on pc!! Please change this...Bf1 works fine because i have it on disc.
