A research paper by Alexandra Brodsky on "stealthing" — the act of covertly removing a condom during sex without a partner's consent — caught the attention of Congresswomen in California and Wisconsin.

Fwiw, I don't think nonconsensual condom removal is new. It's just rarely talked about. Men have always been terrible.
