And sign up for hands-on sessions in store. You can even use Apple Pay to check out from your iPhone when you visit a participating Apple Store.
Note that certain features are only available in selected countries.

Works pretty well "for me"
I Used this to buy latest iPhones 7/7+ , allowed me to get my phones 1 day after release day with the reserve tickets held in my wallet app..
Still can't buy ev on here wen u want it, had to source my AirPods somewhere else "in Aussie" that had stock avail in store..
Ok for booking app's at the local Apple Store and finding out what store has stock available etc, self check in for appointments works ok..
needs abit more love tho, for older devices running older versions of IOS, as devices and people using under IOS-10 unfortunately can't even make a device upgrade or book app's seen as the app don't run or accommodate them¿!¿
Cannot update to iOS 10 to use this
For those of us using an older iPad, this requirement means we can no longer browse apple products to buy. Even if this new version requires the performance of a newer device and/or features in iOS 10 to operate, surely it can be made to offer a less-fancy experience to people like me, like Progressive Web Apps which offer different sets of features depending on the capabilities of the handset/browser. I for one would love to see it brought back.
Apple needs to rethink this app
I have an iPad Mini 1st Generation. Unfortunately, it can't be upgraded to iOS 10. The Apple Store app requires iOS 10. That means that I can't download the Apple Store app to purchase a new iPad from the Apple Store. That doesn't really make much sense.
